THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V

Merlin turned around to see Arthur and the rest of his men standing there, wide eyed and mouths agape. Merlin's face had no emotion what so ever. "Morgana is dead! peace shall rein!" he yelled, the crowd cheered and yelled. The sorcerer let a small smile cross his face. he wasn't happy about killing, but he did it for the good of the people.

Lancelot and Gwain came up to him and hugged him. "good to have you back Merlin" Lancelot said, the biggest smile on his face. "Ya, its been real boring without you" Gwain said having the same smile on his face. "I could only imagine" Merlin said laughing a bit. the two knights grinned before being called over by Arthur.

once Lancelot and Gwain were gone-somewhere- Arthur finally took in the fact that Merlin just killed someone, and that someone Morgana. how? he didn't know, to him Merlin was always that innocent little guy who didn't kill. but thinking more about it, he has seen some times where Merlin has killed. yet it still shocked him.

"you did it" Arthur said breathlessly, "i guess i did" Merlin said back. "no i mean you killed someone" Arthur said back,  Merlin just rolled his eyes "i have killed many times Arthur, most to save you're life" this time Arthur rolled his eyes, "right'' "Its true!" "i didn't say it wasn't" Merlin rolled his eyes and chuckled. "Am i welcomed in Camelot?" he asked scared of what the answer was going to be. "Of course your welcome in Camelot! why wouldn't you be?" Arthur replied happily, " well, its just that i have magic" Merlin said staring at his hands.

"oh right, i allowed magic in Camelot in honor of you." Arthur said with a slight blush on his face. "aww, thanks" Merlin said blushing as well. "i thi- aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggghhhh" Arthur fell to the ground in pain, as soon as he started to yell merlin ran up to him.

" Arthur? Arthur are alright?" He asked rushed "agghhh!" Was all that Arthur said in response. "ok then" Merlin mumbled, "we need to take him to Gaius!" Merlin yelled at the knights who crowded them, "Some one get us horses!" he yelled again and someone ran to get two horses. when he came back Merlin lifted Arthur up bridal style and placed him onto the horse. once Arthur was secured on the horse he got his own. "Everyone meet back at the Castle," Merlin said before riding as fast as he could towards Camelot.

"Merlin, what's happening to me?" Arthur asked trying to hid the pain "did you feel pain when you were fighting?" Merlin asked eyeing Arthur worried he might have fallen off his horse. Arthur took a moment to think about what happened in the fight. "well, no" he said after a while. "then this pain you are feeling is just you're body reacting to those wounds you did not feel earlier" Merlin said smartly and seriously.

"so will i die- AGGGGGHHH!" Arthur grunted and almost fell off his horse. "probably" Merlin said smirking slightly. "are you happy?" Arthur asked mimicking hurt in his voice, "im amused, not happy. there's a difference" Merlin answered still smirking. Arthur rolled his eyes but smiled, "are we almost at Camelot?" He asked his servant, "yes, i can see the gates" Merlin said before yelling at the Guards to go tell Gaius that the king needs him.

The Guards looked confused but went to Gaius anyways. Merlin got off his horse and helped Arthur off his. Merlin carried Arthur up to Gaius's chambers. he burst open the doors to see Gaius holding his hand over his heart. "did i scare you?" Merlin asked putting Arthur on a clear table. Gaius nodded and stared at Merlin. "Are you real?" he asked the man in front of him "i sure hope so" he said smiling. Gaius smiled and hugged Merlin, "good to see you ma boy" "good to see you too" "i don't mean to be rude but, I AM IN PAIN!!!" Arthur interrupted "oh, right" Merlin said breaking the hug, "Gaius, what can you do?" he asked "well there just sword wounds, so a little potion and clean up should do the trick" he said, Arthur nodded and put his head down again.

Gaius went to get the potion and handed it to Arthur, "drink" was all he said. Arthur nodded and drank the potion. as soon as Arthur put the bottle down he passed out. "knock out potion?" Merlin asked, ''Yep'' Gaius answered and they both laughed. "lets get him cleaned" Merlin said getting some rags and water.

MERLIN'S P.O.V

I have been sitting next to Arthur for AGES. well, not really ages, but that is what it felt like. he has not woken up and it has been at least 5 hours. Gaius left a couple minutes ago saying he had to run some errands. "come on Arthur, wake up" i mumbled slapping him softly. he stirred and opened one eye. i raised and eyebrow at him when he opened the other eye. "what happened?" He asked, "you should know, you have only been knocked out for about 5 hours. but since you asked ill tell you. i brought you back to Gaius once you started feeling all the pain from the fight then we gave you a potion to knock you out and then we cleaned the wounds so now you are better. happy?" i said giving him the raised eyebrow of doom that Gaius gives everyone. Arthur smiled a bit then sat up.

it took him a little bit longer cause of the pain, but he did it. "so, welcome back" He said looking awkward. he was adorable. "Thanks'' i said laughing slightly, this time he gave me a raised eyebrow "what are you laughing about?" He asked, i just shook my head "nothing, its just that i have not seen you so... awkward before. plus, i heard what you were like without me" i said smirking.

he blushed a bright red ''Who told you that?" he asked "Lancelot and Gwain" i said still smirking, "im going to kill them" he mumbled under his breath.

"i think it was cute" i said not knowing where this courage was coming from. "what?" Arthur asked confused, this time i didn't respond  with words, instead i kissed him.

at first he didn't kiss me back, but when he did kiss back it was heaven. sparks flew-or at least that is what it felt like- i felt like we were the only two in the world right know. "finally!" we heard a voice from the door that made us jump apart blushing furiously. we both looked at the door and saw that Lancelot, Gwain, and Elyan  all had smiles on there faces.

"finally?" Arthur and i asked at the same time, "ya, we have seen you too eye-fucking each other when one of you have your backs turned we knew it was going to happen we just didn't know when." Lancelot said "right" i said "well we should leave you too to finish what you started" Gwain said following everyone out the door, but before he and Lancelot left i saw there hands intertwined.

''so, should we continue?" Arthur asked, "ya"  said re-locking our lips.
