MERLINS P.O.V

I was starting to regret the choices i have made. i mean i left close to dark. but hey, i never said i was smart. (neither did we Merlin)

right now i was sitting by the fire eating some rabbit i made appear. Magic was a curse but a blessing when need be. in all honesty, i was grateful of my magic and my life. no matter how many secrets i must keep.

i had great friends, a decent place to sleep good food and an amazing father figure.

i felt bad for leaving Gaius alone so abruptly, but i had too. i hope he would understand, but i doubt that. i didn't even give him an explanation, but it was too late to go back. literally.

maybe you shouldn't have listened to that old man in the light.

well maybe you should shut up.

well i better get some sleep. i walked towards my blanket when a figured jumped out of the bushes and before i could react to him i blacked out.

"wakey wakey" i heard a voice say. it was a woman's voice. I opened my eyes slowly to see Morganas eyes staring at me. i jumped in surprise. "good, your up. i needed to ask you some questions" she said smiling. i rolled my eyes.

"what were you doing at my castle?" she asked me. "well, i decided that i was going to try and stop you from finding Emrys" i said to her smiling.

"so you do know where Emrys is" she said with wide eyes. "yep" i said still smiling. "tell me" she said staring me straight in the eyes, "sure" i said making her fly backwards. "hes right here" i said using my magic to get me out of the handcuffs. "and hes going to kill you."

i stood up and walked over to Morgana, i smiled a sick insane smile. "goodbye" i said before using my magic to make her explode.

there was a bright blue light covering everything in the room. i closed my eyes to protect them from the blinding light. But once i opened my eyes, i was back home.

"what?" i said to myself looking around. my eyes landed on Dagda at the corner of my room. " i killed Morgana, i saved so many people." i said standing up and walking towards him. Dagda put his hand up for me to stop, and i did. "yes, you have killed the witch, but not in the proper way" he said "then what is the proper way?" i ask, i thought i just had to kill Morgana.

"that is what you have to figure out" he said before disappearing. i hate him.

what is the proper way? not telling her im Emrys? not getting captured?

What is it!?!?! im so confused. But i don't have the time to be confused, i have to go. so i pack my things and leave Gaius a note.

Gaius,

since Morgana is going to attack just to find Emrys, i am going to find her and do what i have to do to save everyone. im sorry if i do not make it back. but i hope you know that i am doing this out of pure good, i hope.

i was sitting  close to Morgana's castle but not in the same spot as last time. this time they wont know were i am. How did they know where i was? how did they know i was even here? today is so confusing.

it was close to midnight  so i went to bed, making sure i did a camouflage spell just in case.

i was about to go into Morganas castle when the blue light came and took me back home. and when i got there Dagda was shaking his head. "what?" i ask putting my hands up in confusion. "you really are dumb aren't you?" he asked me.

i pouted.

"cant you just tell me?" i asked him close to yelling. he just shook his head. "that is what you have to figure out." he said to me disappearing.

10 days. 10 days of non stop repetition. it is getting annoying. Dagda wont even give me a hint. i have just been sent back to my room with just staring at me, looking done. i was done to but i wouldn't let that get in the way of my mission.

"here, i shall give you a hint" Dagda said, "finally!" i yelled smiling. "for the mission to be truly complete, a sacrifice must be made. But only on the day of Death." he said before disappearing.

what kind of hint was that?! well, i guess it was an okay hint considering this is my first one i ever got. But what is that supposed to mean? i get the part with the sacrifice, and im willing to do whatever i have to do. but what is the day of the dead?

i walk out of my room and find some food that i could snack on when Gaius came into the room. "Gaius, what is the day of the dead?" i ask him just in case he knows something. Gaius turns to me with a raised eyebrow but answers me anyways.

"the day of the dead is usually the day of war." he explained, "but why would you want to know?" "well i heard someone say something about sacrifices and day of the dead so i thought i would ask you" i said saying the truth but keeping it a secret. "okay" Gaius said then went back to work.

at least i know what i have to do. but i don't like it, not one bit.
