Jennie went near to a shore and sat under a tree.
"Joohyun, do you know what your name is?" Jennie curiously asked. "Bae Joohyun," she answered while picking flowers.
"Do you know how old are you?" Jennie asked again. "Yes and my birthday is on March 29," Joohyun said still busy picking flowers.
"Do you know who is your family?" Jennie inquired. "Mom, dad, older brother, younger brother," Joohyun replied.
"You are better than me," Jennie sadly said. "Why? You don't even know that?" Joohyun looked at Jennie while asking her.
"Yeah, I don't know anything," Jennie bitterly said while looking at the fishing boats passing by.
It was harvest time for the rice field. Lisa, Jisoo, and her mom, joined in harvesting. Jisoo's mom noticed that Lisa was lazily cutting the rice stalks and seemed not focused on what she's doing.
"What's wrong with Lisa?" Jisoo's mom curiously asked Jisoo. "I don't know. Maybe because of Somi's wedding," Jisoo answered.
Lisa had not moved from where she was harvesting. "Jennie, you dare leave home? Do you think I'm getting scared?" She thought and stopped on what she's doing and went to Jisoo's mom.
"Did you see Jennie today?" Lisa asked Jisoo's mom. "Jennie? I saw her with Joohyun. Maybe because they are both...you know," Jisoo's mom replied.
"Jennie isn't like that at all. She is different from Joohyun," Lisa defensively said.
"Oh, there she is," Jisoo pointed at Jennie and Joohyun who were walking together. Lisa, Jisoo and her mom, looked at the two them who are getting near the rice field.
"No, I don't want it," Jennie said as she returned the flower that Joohyun gave her. "Here, have it," Joohyun gave her another flower which Jennie accepted.
"Different? No, they are the same. They look like sisters," Jisoo's mom commented which made Jisoo laughed. "No, they don't!" Lisa insisted.
"Hey Jennie! You didn't want to see me that's why you play with Joohyun? Why do you have flowers?" Lisa asked. Jennie glared at Lisa. "These are hers. I don't like flowers," Jennie arrogantly said as she returned the flowers to Joohyun.
"Do you want to eat jjajangmyun?" Lisa offered. "No!! Stop acting like you're thinking about me!" Jennie dismissively said.
"It's good you came. We didn't have enough workers. After work, I'll buy you some makgulee (rice wine)," Jisoo's mom said and tried to grab Jennie's hand. But Lisa was fast enough to prevent her.
"Oh no, Jennie never did farmer's work before," Lisa defensively said. "You just go home," Lisa told Jennie.
"No! I have to do it if I don't want to be kicked out!" Jennie mockingly said. "See? Let's go," Jisoo's mom responded and led Jennie to the rice field. "Hey Mr. Park, give us one more set of work clothes," Jisoo's mom told their co-worker.
"What is wrong with her? She should just revolt. It makes me think that it's my fault for no reason," Lisa thought while looking at Jennie with Jisoo's mom.
Jennie started to cut the rice stalks. Lisa can't help herself from watching Jennie. She was too anxious Jennie might hurt herself.
"Hey, it's dangerous cutting like that," Lisa worriedly told Jennie when she went near her. "Go away!" Jennie said irritated and acted to cut Lisa's foot.
"You did that on purpose!" Lisa annoyingly said. "I'll do it my way so stop bothering me and go away!" Jennie told her and Lisa left.
Jennie was tying the rice stalks that she cut when Lisa went to her again. "Hey, if you tie them in a big bunch, then you can't carry because they'll be heavy," Lisa told her. "Go away!" Jennie replied and harshly carried the rice stalks which hit Lisa in the face.
