Chapter 66

Ruby Jane was sitting in front of the dresser while looking at herself in the mirror.

"Yes, I'm Ruby Jane Kim. I've returned," she softly said to herself.

Ruby Jane picked up the make up brush and started to put make up in her face. She then applied nail polish in her nails and wore her elegant dress and coat. Finally, she put on her jewelries. 

"This is me," Ruby Jane said as she looked in the mirror.

Ruby Jane arrived at her hotel and employees gathered to greet her. She walked in the middle of the hotel employees who were bowing their heads.

"Yes, I'll be heading to the States soon. Why? You don't seem to be delighted to know that I'm still alive. I bet everyone will lose their senses when they see me return. We'll see," Ruby Jane said in English over the phone while walking. 

"Pathetic people," Ruby Jane thought as she ended the call.

Mr. Lee was very busy in the villa. Now that Ruby Jane has returned, he was working to suit it on Ruby Jane's taste. 

"Follow along. You've done this once before so you know," Mr. Lee said as he gave instructions to the maids.

"Yes, get new ones!" He said as the maids removed the plants in the living room. "Remove the picture frames," he ordered. "Change the lightings," he demanded. "What else does Madam doesn't like?" He asked himself.

Ruby Jane got inside the villa. She saw that everyone was busy cleaning and changing stuff. The maids stopped on what they're doing and bowed their heads when they saw Ruby Jane. Mr. Lee ran to Ruby Jane when he saw her.

"Madam, you're back already? I'm getting rid of the things that you don't like," Mr. Lee stated. "Continue on what you're doing," Ruby Jane replied and started to walk away. She then noticed someone using a vacuum cleaner and looked at it closely. The maid stopped when Ruby Jane went near her.

"This is a big vacuum cleaner. If it's this big, does it pull in dirt better?" Ruby Jane asked the maid. "Yes," the nervous maid shortly replied.

Ruby Jane grabbed the vacuum cleaner from the maid and tried it by herself. 

"So there were vacuum cleaners like this," she said to herself while using it. 

"Cleaning is a difficult task. You're working hard," Ruby Jane commended the maid and left. Mr. Lee who saw what happened was surprised of what Ruby Jane said.

Suddenly, another maid accidentally broke a small jar. Mr. Lee ran to her.

"What have you done?!" Mr. Lee scolded the maid while Ruby Jane was looking at them. Ruby Jane slowly walked towards them. 

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry," the maid apologized while bowing her head.  Ruby Jane looked at the maid's hand.

"Are you hurt?" Ruby Jane asked in concern. "I'm okay," the maid nervously said. 

Mr. Lee got shocked again due to Ruby Jane's reaction. "Then it's fine," Ruby Jane said and went upstairs looking for her cat. 

Kai arrived at the villa holding a bottle of wine and Mr. Lee hurriedly went to him.

"What's the matter?" Kai asked. "Sir, it seems Madam hasn't completely returned," Mr. Lee replied.
