Chapter 22

After eating the fruit my headache subsided and I felt better like Jose said. I explained to him what happened while he was gone and he fell silent. He was deep in thought before asking questions on me being able to see the future and how I felt seeing my mom. Talking to him made me feel better as well he made me feel like no matter what I had him and yeah I had my pack and my siblings but eventually they would all have their person. Knowing I had mine and he was as great as he was made me feel contempt like I had everything I wanted.

We talked for hours it felt like until the sun rose and the pack house filled with the noise from the life inside of it. Sighing I stood up from the chair I was sitting on and stretched my slightly stiff body. Hearing movement I assumed Jose followed my lead.

"We should head down soon sounds like everyone is awake or will be soon." I spoke walking back inside and heading to the bathroom to wash up. Footsteps followed me into the bathroom not thinking much of it I glanced in the mirror slightly grimacing at my reflection then seeing Jose walk to the shower. He turned on the water and tested it to make sure it was the right temperature before turning to me.

"Care to join me princesa?" He questioned taking his boxers off leaving him completely naked then extended his hand out for me. My eyes scanned down his body tracing the visible muscle lines then down his v lined until I get to the center. His dick being semi hard made my cheeks go red and I quickly shifted my eyes back to his where a smirk lay on his face. Nodding my head I stepped forward and took his hand.

He gently tugged until I was right in front of him and let my hand go only to place his hands on my hips. Slowly lifting his hands his fingers trailed a line of tingles and heat in their wake as he lifted my shirt up then off of me tossing it to the side. His hands back at my hips, brought me closer to him and he placed a kiss on my shoulder before bending down slightly to pull of my underwear. I stepped out of them and once again they were tossed to the side, he stood back up to his normal height and putting two fingers under my chin he lifted until our eyes made contact.

"Your so beautiful mi amor." he stated making me blush and try to look away but he gripped my chin and smiled down at me. He leaned down and placed a gentle yet firm kiss to my lips before pulling away and grabbing my hand. He led us to the shower and stepped in with me following his lead.

The water felt amazing on my stiff body as I stood under the water and let my head lay back. Jose stepped closer behind me my head now rested on his chest and my body only relaxed even more. He reached in front of us and grabbed my body wash and began washing my body with the purple lufa I had recently bought.

My muscles tightened then relaxed as he continued to wash me the stress the dream put my body in was being washed away. Once he finished with my body he then moved on to my hair and I swear I was in heaven. How the hell did he know how to do this? His hands were working magic on my scalp. I bit my lip to hold in a moan as my eyes shut enjoying the moment.

He chuckled making my eyes open and look up at him questioningly.

"Someone looks like they're enjoying this a little to much." He said raising an eyebrow and a smirk spread across his face.

"Well its not my fault your good with your hands." I responded closing my eyes once again and enjoyed as he washed out the soap leaving me clean and relaxed.

"You would know, I mean my hands are yours to command princesa." He said lowly in my ear then reached over me to take the detachable shower head off. I closed my eyes as I felt the warm water wash off the shampoo. My body completely relaxed in my mates arms.

We finished showering after a lot of touching and headed downstairs. Jose started making breakfast for us as the majority of the pack had already eaten. We talked about pack stuff as he cooked, my eyes glued to his muscles moving underneath his shirt. I couldn't tell if my mouth watered for him or the food but I didn't think too much cause either sounded nice right now.

He had just served us plates and sat next to me on the island when my brother came in and joined us. His eyes looked at me before shifting to Jose and lifting his eyebrow in a questioning motion.

I swallowed the bite of waffle I had in my mouth before responding. "He knows about the dream it's fine." Derek nodded before looking back at me as he spoke

"Well you did promise me an explanation " he said picking a piece of bacon off my plate and taking a bite out of it

"Well I had a nightmare last night , well I guess a vision. The short version everyone was dead in a pile and I was the only one that survived." I explained not wanting to think to much about it.

Jose placed a soothing hand on my back and slowly and gently rubbed comforting circles. I sighed my body relaxing again and leaning into it before continuing.

"I didn't see anyone else or really paid attention to it so I have no idea who or what is gonna come after everyone. I don't know if I'll be able to stop it and why I didn't stop it then." I angrily said taking a bite of bacon from my plate.

"Well mom said it's not set in stone right? So what if it's a warning? You had the dream before mom unlocked the rest of our powers so what if at that time you weren't strong enough?" Derek questioned his eyes shifting in thought as he waved the bacon strip in his hand with every movement he made.

"Well that means we need to train it's frustrating not having control over this power. If I did I could just see into the future again and find out." I said stuffing my face with waffle once again. I turned to Jose who was quiet the entire time we spoke " Any thoughts on any of this?" I questioned curious

He swallowed whatever he had in his mouth before looking between me and my brother who's as also looking at him in curiosity.

"Well," he started as his eyes went back to his plate in thought "I'm not sure about your powers or anything in that area yet but I do know that we aren't going to let that vision come true." He finished looking back up at both of us

"You both are strong and we have an amazing pack behind us to back us up. Whatever lies in the future is nothing we can't handle together." His tone full of confidence and trust

I smiled and nodded in agreement as Derek chuckled before also nodding his head in agreement.

"Although I think everyone should know and be prepared for what to come or at least the higher ups in the pack." He said finishing the last bit of food on his plate

"I agree at least the higher ups in the pack should know what's to come so we can prepare a lot better." Derek spoke up looking at me

"I don't have enough information to answer questions I know they are gonna have." Frustration clear in my voice as I pushed the plate of half eaten food away from me.

"Princesa, your not alone in this." Jose reassured me as he placed his hand over mine

"You got us too and I know we can't answer them either but they trust us and it's better for them to know and not be kept in the dark." Derek spoke placing his hand on my arm squeezing it in a comforting way

Sighing I shook my head before looking up at both of them "what would I do with out you guy." Jose just squeezed my hand smiling as well

"Crash and burn little sis crash and burn" Derek playfully said pushing my arm gently before standing up "I'll get everyone and meet you in your office?" He questioned

I nodded in response getting up as well and taking our plates to the sink before turning back. Jose and I were the only ones in the kitchen once again. He stood up and came in front of me. His hands found their way to my hips and his thumbs made circles creating warmth.

"Everything is gonna be okay mi amor we are gonna make it out of this we are strong enough to make it through anything." He reassured once again kissing my forehead and wrapping his arms around me in a warm hug. I took in his scent like my drug as relaxed before pulling away.

"Let's go have this meeting, Alpha." I joked linking our hands together and leading the way to our joint office.
