Chapter 15

I sighed as I sunk into the warm bathtub water. The water surrounded me and immediately relaxed my slightly sore muscles. I closed my eyes and rested my head against the edge of the bathtub as I recalled the night.

Flash back

"I Amber Whitesides, as Alpha and Luna, promise to defend not only my pack but the other pack as well. We will defend one another as a whole, we are a family and no one messes with our family. My pack will follow my lead and as long as the other pack plays well with mine we will be united as one and there will no longer be two separate packs but one great one." I said cutting my palm open and handing Jose the knife.

"I Jose Perez, as Alpha promise to defend not only my pack but my mates pack as well. I promise that my pack will behave and learn to work with your pack. We are great packs when we stand alone, but together the possibilities are endless." He said cutting his own palm and connecting it with mine

Immediately I felt the sparks from our mate bond. Then it stung from our blood mixing, I looked at Jose in surprise because I didn't expect that to happen.

He reflected my expression as we watched as our joined hands glowed. The sting subsided and now they just glowed a vibrant gold. There was a slight warmth on my wrist not burning but comforting warmth.

Our pack watched in amazement, then out of nowhere they all grabbed their heads at the same time as if in pain. The higher up ranks like our betas and Delta's fell to their knees in pain. I looked at Jose because I hadn't felt any pain and by the looks of it neither had he.

The pain had ended and they stood back up. The glow and warmth that originated from our hands slowly dimmed until it was completely gone. We released hands and immediately my head pounded in pain. It felt like there was a sledge hammer trying to break it's way out. I fell to my knees grabbing my head in pain.

From the groans coming from my right I knew Jose felt it too. My brothers immediately came to my aid and tried to help but nothing was helping it. Eventually it, like the glow, subsided slowly. When it was over I could feel the other pack connected to me. They were a part of me now and I would defend them like my own. I looked at Jose who was pushing himself up and headed towards me.

He held a hand out and helped me to my feet. I had caught a glimpse of something on his wrist and when I took his hand something on mine. Looking down I realized we both had crescent moons on our wrist almost as if was a tattoo. He too looked at it but neither of us questioned it at the moment. The packs together cheered at being united as one. Immediately they split into groups and only me and Jose were left.

"Are you okay?" He asked me

I nodded slightly and looked up at him. " are you?"

He smiled and nodded

"I'm great, we are finally part of the same pack and I have you back and there's no way I'm going to lose you again" he promised then kissed me.

It was a sweet kiss, no movement just lips touching. I smiled as he pulled away, he stroked my cheek with his thumb before turning and starting to walk away.

I quickly grabbed his arm and he immediately stopped looking at me confused.

"Where are you going?" I asked him

He tilted his head before answering with " to where the male's shift"

"But your my mate and we shift together." I said smiling and grabbing his hand as he smiled too.

I lead him off the stage to a tree where I knew no one would be. I turned around and faced him as I started undressing my self. He stood shocked and didn't move as I took my last piece of clothing off. His eyes turned slightly black at the edges and he growled lowly making my wolf growl lowly almost sounding like a purr.

"Are you going to undress or do I have to do it?" I asked taking steps towards him.

" I would love for you to undress me but if you do it would turn into something that your probably not ready to do yet." He said as he took his shirt off

I closed the distance between us and rubbed my hands over his abs and muscular chest. He growled deeper as I slowly dragged my hands down his chest to his pants. I locked eyes with him as I unbuttoned his pants and let them fall to the ground.

His eyes darkened almost black as I played with the waistband of his boxers. I broke eye contact to kiss down his chest then his stomach to the top of the waist band. I slowly slid the boxer down his legs. I moaned as his member was released. He growled loudly and immediately I was pulled up. His lips connected to mine as he pulled me close.

I could feel his hard member against the top of my lower abdomen. His hand slid down my body leaving a trail of sparks. His hands hooked on the back of my knees and I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist.

I moaned as I could feel the tip of his member rubbing against my wet core. He growled in approval as he slowly rubbed himself on me getting my wetness on him while making sure not to penetrate me.

The gesture was thoughtful but I didn't like a tease. I had every intention of mating with Jose in the woods, but like always we got interrupted.

Alpha we are ready Jordan said

We both groaned but reluctantly stopped or actions.

" this is not over" Jose said making me smile in return.

We shifted and ran with the pack, then later enjoyed the food that both packs made. The new food from Jose's pack was amazing.

Flashback over

Sighing I sunk deeper into the water as it continued to relax my muscles.

I smiled as I heard my bedroom door close and Jose's scent fill my nose. He quickly followed my scent and entered the bathroom second later.

He smirked as I watched his eyes darkened around the edges from lust.

I smiled back at him and watched as he grabbed my sponge and put soap on it. He then washed my body making sure I was okay with everything. Once I was done I rinsed off and let the water drain as I stepped out. Jose already had a towel ready for me.

Gratefully taking the towel from him I wrapped it around my body after drying my hair off. He then picked me up bridal style and carried me to the bed where he layed me out in the middle.

He stood up and pulled his shirt over his head and his pants to the ground. Climbing back into the bed in only his boxers he placed himself over me.

"Now where were we?" He said smirking down at me with lust and love in his eyes.

Well this should be fun. I said making my wolf purr

Here's another chapter. Sorry i haven't been able to update I have been busy with work and school.
