"come upstairs and talk to me there" I said pointing upstairs, we got to my room and I shut the door and Maximo pulled out all the evidence he had been gathering "so this is what all those calls we're about" I looked at the files laid out on my bed "yes and I think I'm right but there's something else" he pointed and I looked down at the paper "what?" I questioned "my father knew Valentina was alive for years and didn't say anything" he handed me the paper and it was all signed by his father "so your dad basically gave her away to the rivals why would he do that" I looked at Maximo "I have no idea" he said sitting down and putting his head in his hands

"hey look your mom is going to love this news when she wakes up" I said sitting next to him "but when she wakes up she'll have to go through the heart ache of my father's lies again Farah she can't handle that" he looked at me "You don't know how strong she is she will be more concerned about her daughter than him" he tried to reassure him "trust me I know my mom is strong but what about my dad this information is deadly" he laughed it off "ok well have you ever met the heir?" I questioned "yes she went to my old school in Italy her name is Liliana Rizzo she was a couple years above me" he replied "do you think she knows?" I said looking back at the files

"no her family wouldn't dare let news like that come out the whole of the Mafia would go crazy" he sighed "but she's the true heir to snake biters to" I said confused "exactly the problem with the mafia" he looked at me "we need your mom to wake up soon Maximo" I looked back at him "I wish she would I need her right now" he said going all unhappy again "look everything will plan out in the mean time talk to your dad" I hugged him "you think he'll talk to me about that he barely even talks to himself" he laughed and I laughed with him "but hey good news baby girl on the way" I smirked "I love babies so cute" he tickled me "stoppp" I giggled he whispered in my ear "when can we have ours" he kissed my neck "to far Mr Anton" I pulled a stupid face and her laughed

"ok whatever you say" he laughed with me "come on let's go eat some cupcakes" I pulled him downstairs "hey you guys what where you doing up there?" my grandma questioned and pulled a face "reading homework duh" I laughed "uh huh little liars the pair of you" my grandma gigged "now go in there and eat something before you both fade away" she pushed me and Maximo into the kitchen "oh my god pizza rolls" Maximo ran and stuffed his face and I burst out laughing "have you been starved?" I asked sarcastically "no but pizza rolls were my whole childhood" he said eating more "ok ok eat" I said grabbing a cupcake "Maximo thought you'd never come" Landon said putting his hand on his shoulder

"had some business but congratulations on the little girl" Maximo smiled "thank you" he said grabbing one of Maximo's pizza rolls "hey" he said laughing and Landon walked off "Max your phone is ringing" I said handing it to him "it's Carmine" he rolled his eyes and declined the call "shouldn't you answer that it might be important" I said looking at him and eating "what could possibly be important of Carmine" he looked up at me "your mom anything like that" I sighed "I don't care to hear from him princess you need to understand that" he got up and walked outside

Maximo never really liked any of his family so being around mine must comfort him in a way I really wish his family would get closer but he needs to work with them too and I followed him outside

"you want to stay here tonight?" I asked Maximo "sure" he smiled "okay great" I smiled back, the night came to and end and everyone started to leave Mira and Landon got their own Condon 2 bedrooms and one bathroom even though my brother works that wouldn't be enough for one of those places so I think Mira's parents chipped in but as long as all three of them have a place over their head I'm happy.

I got into bed and Maximo crawled into bed after me "God I'm tired" he yawned and cuddled me "so am I it's been a long da" I laughed "very long Tomorrow I'm going to talk to Carmine about whatever he wanted me for" he smiled "you think it's important?" I questioned him "I'm not sure yet but whatever it is can wait my dear brother knows I don't do important shit over the phone" he rolled his eyes "are you going to tell him about Liliana or Valentina whatever you want to call her" I looked at him "that wouldn't be a good idea my brother already hates the fact that I'm most likely to become heir and giving him another sibling would make his anger worse" he sighed

"you don't know that he might actually want to know his sister" I looked at him "you know the best thing about you Farah Clarke is that you see the good in everyone" he smiled at me "I just want your family to find happiness" I turned over "I'm always happy just somethings are sad doesn't mean I have to become sad" he cuddled me what he said made me think about still being happy after everything "you know that's the smartest thing you've ever said" I giggled and held his hand "hey I'm always smart I'm literally in the Mafia" he laughed "and still dumb wow who'd have guessed" I kept laughing "don't get smart Miss Clarke" he kissed me "goodnight" I smiled "goodnight" we cuddled and feel asleep.
