I put my graduation cap and gown on and headed downstairs where Thalia, Jacob and Alfie were we are all traveling together to the ceremony. "okay kids get into a photo for me and on the count of three say happy graduation" Mrs Ellery said and we all nodded "3...2...1..." she added "happy graduation" we all said in sync and smiled at the camera
"beautiful" all of our parents looked at the photo and smiled "God haven't we raised some good children" Mr Monte added on to the conversation "okay can we get going my legs are hurting in these heels" Thalia laughed "for real" I sighed and laughed with her "of course get into the car everyone quickly" my mom said pushing us all out the door

all the students I had known for most my teenage life we're lined up and smiling and laughing while having pictures taken, it really was a scene out of a typical American movie it was laughable If I was honest with you and then everyone started lining up ready to walk across the stage and get their award for all these years of hand work
"God Can't believe we're here guys" Jacob said smiling at the group "it's been a hard journey" I smiled back "but we made it" Thalia winked and we laughed "we sure did" Jacob hugged us all "well I only came 8 weeks ago but those 8 weeks are sure to remember" Alfie said sarcastically and we all laughed "promise to all stay in contact?" Thalia questioned "of course you guys are the only friends I have" I rolled my eyes and laughed
and then "I'd like to congratulate Thalia Burns on graduating" Principle Dean Announced "go quick" I pushed her on the stage and smiled and she walked with confidence of course and everyone clapped "You're next" Alfie clapped and laughed "god I know" I breathed in and out "you'll do great" Jacob added and then
"I'd like to congratulate Farah Clarke on her graduation" Principle Dean said smiling at me and I walked on the stage and smiled at the crowd while I was handed my award and Principle Dean shook my hand and said "I'm personally proud you kept your word" he added and I just looked at him and smiled knowing I actually done it and didn't give up
"Next to congratulate is Jacob Ellery on his graduation" as he walked on the stage me and Thalia blew whistles and clapped for him and he waved smiling as the crowd clapped and he came over to us while we waited for Alfie next
"and even though he was new and I didn't get to know him personally I'd like to Congratulate Alfred Monte on graduating" he said laughing and so did the crowd and then clapped at Alfie walking on stage
we all sat there watching everyone until it came to an end "okay my dear students before we get to throwing our caps I'd to say a congratulations to someone that will never graduate but will always grow with us everyone clap for Amy Young" Principle Dean smiled and clapped as everyone done the same
and I smiled knowing she was here with me my beautiful best friend
and then everyone threw their caps in the air and started jumping about and hugging each other

"okay so apparently these bitches ran out of Vodka" Jacob said in shock and rolling his eyes and I laughed "bitch drink gin or something" I added "GIN?? baby this is graduation I need the strong shit for all the blood sweat and tears I wasted" he laughed and poured us all a drink "you wanna know something I agree shit" I said taking my shot "okay people on 3 shot" Jacob said all giddy and we all shot the drink and danced and sung the night away
I finally done it I graduated high school and got through the hardest shit in my life but next stop is saying goodbye to my friends on their next journey in life I was so proud of them all, not just them but all the people In my life I had respect for them all
"shake your shit Thalia" I said as Thalia was twerking all up on some boy and she started laughing at me and then I turned around and I seen him standing there
"what the fuck" I said out loud and he laughed at me and waved me over to him "Maximo what are you doing here?" I questioned him with a stern face "I couldn't not come see you on your big day I know how hard you worked for this" he smiled I had no words for this man where was he when I actually needed him "thank you" I said turning away and walking "Farah" he said stopping me "I see you still wear the ring" he sounded happy "I mean it's pretty jewellery" I smirked and walked back over to my group and started dancing knowing he was watching
Maximo's POV
She looked beautiful that's all I could say about her and she was still wearing the promise ring I gave her which made my day even though we're over I just needed that comfort she still loved me I was so scared and a little jealous of her moving on from me, I knew it was selfish of me but that's my girl no matter the circumstances we are in.
