Gregory sprinted through the halls, mind focused solely on reaching Vanessa before things became even worse. Who was he kidding? This situation was terrible already, horrible. The child slammed open the security office doors, startling the blonde as she typed at the computer.
"Jesus kid, you scared the hell out of me. So what's the hurry?" Vanessa breathed, calming her frazzled nerves, the wolf peeking over her shoulder curiously.
Gregory took a breath, "Monty went down the tunnels, and endos attacked us, and they almost
killed us. Bonnie and Freddy are down there now but need help fixing Monty; he's hurt real bad."
Vanessa waved her hands, "Woah, Woah, slow down, just take a few breaths, okay."
"Vanessa, there's no time!" Then, Gregory snapped, "He's hurt, and they need help."
Vanessa tensed, "Shit, okay, I can't leave, though. Chica and Moon are running out of plays to perform to those suits, and I need another person."
"I'll go help Freddy, just have Gregory push the buttons." Roxanne chimed in, concern evident in her features.
The blonde sighed, quickly relenting as he waved the canine away, "Yea, okay, get going before somebody gets killed. Gregory come sit down. I'll show you what you'll need to do."
The wolf slipped past the kid, taking off into a run, the child watching until she disappeared before settling himself into the seat Roxanne had previously occupied.
"See this button," she glanced at him as he nodded, "When I tell you, push the start button on the computer than this. Roxy helped me insert every line from the guy's tape onto here, which will play on every monitor inside the building. So all you need is to start it, got it?"
"Y-yea seems easy enough. What exactly are you going to say to them?" The child eyed her warily, tension thick between them.
The blonde shrugged, "Honestly, I have no idea. But judging what you said earlier, these people are up to something, or they know we are. We have to act quick because if anybody gets in the way of Fazbear right now, they probably won't live long."
The child shuddered at the thought, "You should probably get going then...good luck Ness."
Vanessa smiled, ruffling his hair lightly before handing him a radio, "It'll be fine, just listen for my signal, kid."
The boy gave her a quick wave as she exited, shoulders tense as she made her way toward the plaza, the sounds of Chica shriek singing growing louder with each step. Vanessa paused, eyeing the small group of fancily dressed men and women glare at the hen, obviously annoyed and unimpressed.
One man stepped forward, arms crossed, mouth a stern scowl, "Okay, that's enough, we're here for Montgomery, not whatever this is. Where is officer Vanessa."
Chica flinched, beak agape in a panic, until she noticed the blonde stepping closer, "O-oh, there she is, hello Vanessa!"
The blonde forced a smile onto his lips, "Hello Chica, thank you for entertaining our essential guests while I was preoccupied. How are you all tonight."
"Cut the small talk; where is the gator. Monty's due to be shipped in less than an hour." The man spat, fingers tightening against his sleeve as his foot clicked against the tile.
Vanessa went silent for a beat, head tilting slowly as her grin widened, "Oh...you're not taking our gator."
The man's foot froze, shock crossing through his eyes before being replaced with searing anger, "I'm sorry, what? You don't give us the orders."
