After a day...

Evie and Nikki arrive in court. They look at the building with a certain nervous expression and then at each other. Evie smiles softly and motions for them both to go inside.

That's what happens. Then they are greeted and taken to court, where their lawyers and the judge are waiting for them. But before anyone can say anything, Evie stares at Nikki.

Their eyes are glued together, looking at each other as if they could communicate telepathically. Nikki looks a little nervous and Evie smile and puts her hand over his, her eyes shining and saying:

"Do you really think that after everything that happened between us yesterday, I would still like to divorce?"

"Evie..." Nikki whispers with the intention of saying something else but Evie moves faster than him and wraps her hands around his neck and kisses him passionately.

He puts his hands on her waist, kissing her back. The judge raises his eyes, shocked, and looks at the lawyers for an answer. But they shrug and look at Evie and Nikki.

After kissing, Evie holds out her hand to him, with a tender smile, he looks slightly confused as she says:

"Put them on."

"What?" Nikki frowns in bewilderment.

"The rings! You silly! You have them with you, don't you?"

He smiles as Evie alludes to her engagement ring and wedding ring. He wears his wedding ring on his finger, something Evie has noticed for a long time. A sweet smile appears on his face and he quickly takes out of his pocket the rings that Evie is referring and puts them on the fingers of her right hand. After that, the two kiss again. The judge straightens his voice. Evie and Nikki break the kiss and look at him and the two lawyers in amazement.

You heard my wife, Nikki grins and points at Evie. We will not divorce.

"If you are sure ... Then you will be annulled," says the judge doubtfully.

"We are very sure," Evie smiles now at Nikki who will remain her husband.

Not long after, Evie and Nikki get out of there, heading for the car, holding hands. When they get to the car, Nikki says:

"I can't wait for you and the kids to come home. The house is so empty and too quiet without them. I'm used to always hearing quarrels about toys, sweets and the TV remote control. I even miss Rexx and the way he gnawed my shoes."

Evie laughs at what he says and she says:

"I'll pick up the kids from school, pack our stuff right away and come right away."

"I can't wait to have you around again," her husband smiles at her, bringing her closer to him and kissing her on the lips.

The two kiss for a while until Evie opens her eye, she leans back with one hand on her baby bump, looking scared.

"Honey? What happened?" Nikki asks deeply worried looking at the baby bump.

"A contraction ... It was so strong and ... Ouch! My water broke!"

That's how she says it, because in a short time Nikki can see a liquid flowing from under her skirt. Although Nikki is familiar with this incident, they had 5 children after all, he is a little panicked but he begins to stay calm immediately, he grabs his wife's whrist and takes her to the car, saying:
Evie laughs at what he says and she says:

"Let's go to the hospital!"

"Oh, my God!" Evie is complaining as she gets in the car. "I'm 36 weeks... It's still too early..."

"Our baby will be fine, honey. He's so strong just like us," he smiles at her and kisses her on the forehead and he gets in the car.

After a few hours...

"Nikki I swear if this baby isn't the last one I'll kill you!" Evie growls while she is laying in her birth bed and holds her husband's hand.

"He will be, I promise you," he speaks calmly even though he feels that his hand will be crushed by her squeezing.

"Keep pushing!" Says the doctor who checks Evie's dilation. "I see the head!"

After minutes of pushing, the baby is born, Evie and Nikki hearing his cry. Although the baby is born at 36 weeks, he has such a strong, healthy voice.

"He has your lungs, honey," Nikki jokes and kisses Evie on the temple.

Evie chuckles and looks at the doctor who wipes their son and checks him to see if he has any health problems and then puts him on his mother's chest saying:

"Congratulations. You have a perfectly healthy son."

Evie puts her hands on the back of her newborn son who continues to cry. Nikki leans over, looking admiringly at his son.

"He's so perfect, honey," Nikki says with wet eyes. He's perfect like you..."

"He's perfect like both of us, smiles Evie. "He's small but so strong," Evie smiles at her son who stops crying.

"His siblings will be so happy to see him," Nikki says, running a hand over his son's dark-haired head.

"Will we call him how we decided?" Evie asks him, looking intently at her husband.

"Of course," Nikki smiles at her and his gaze shifts to the newborn. "Raymond Serafino Sixx. You are our 6th blessing."

Evie stares at Nikki who is looking so lovingly at their newborn son.

"I love you so much," she says with a deep look at him, drawing his immediate attention. "I love you... I love our kids... You complete my life."

"I love you too, honey," he says, leaning over and kissing her on the forehead. "You made me the happiest man in the world."
