Pulling up at a small, two story house in a seemingly nice neighborhood, a few Hargreeves siblings had arrived at Harold Jenkins house.

Five shook Y/N's shoulders in a harsh manner, waking the girl up. She gasped, and swung her fist up, hitting the boy in the jaw. "Jeez Five, for fucks sake don't do that! I was in a good sleep!"

He grabbed his chin, swearing to himself, "We're here, jackass."

"Oh. Are we?"

He glared at her as she mumbled a sarcastic sorry with a grin. "Lets get a move on." She stepped out of the car, Five following behind her.

"Be careful, okay? We don't know what Peabody's capable of." Allison warned Diego as he walked up the stairs of the porch.

"Yeah, he didn't seem dangerous when I first saw him." Diego scoffed. "Looked kind of scrawny,"

"Yeah well, so are most serial killers and mass murderers. I mean, look at them," Allison remarked, throwing a lazy finger towards the two short adults in kids bodies behind them.

"Gracias, amigo!" Y/N grinned! "Thanks," Five said sarcastically.

Diego shared a look between the three, "Good point. So what's this guy want with Vanya?"

"Who cares, why don't we ask after we kill him?" Y/N reached for the knife in her holster, spinning it in her fingers.

"Whoa, whoa. Hey look, I'm gonna burst through.." Diego started, grasping the door handle in his hand.

He looked behind him noticing Allison was missing, "You know what? It would be nice for people just to stick to..."

"Spare me," Y/N jumped her and Five into the house, not wanting to listen to Diego's little rant.

"The plan... great." He sighed as he prepared himself for barging in.

Slamming through the window, he rolled on the ground quickly standing up in front of the three other people. "Ah!" He grunted, "Subtle.." He groaned.

Five twisted the door handle with a slight chuckle, "Y'know the door was unlocked."

"Yeah, well my way works just fine. Spread out... Yell if you, uh... you know, you're in trouble." Diego sighed for what seemed like the 100th time today in just an hour.

"Inspiring leadership, knife boy." Y/N slowly clapped her hands, making her way into the kitchen. "One of the greats," She heard behind her.

As Five followed behind the curious girl as she examined the place, opening drawers carelessly. She seemed so effortless, yet so tired. The dried blood on her shoes, blood under her nails, and dirt on her knees, yet she still seemed so... graceful, admirable.

"Again with the staring Five? Jeez keep your perverted eyes off me oldie." She turned on her heel, playing with a knife she'd found.

"Calm down, I was just looking at all the dirt and blood on you. Its quite gross."

"Take a look at yourself Five, you've got blood all over your shoes and socks, not to mention your undershirt is covered in blood." She poked his stomach, earning a low groan from the boy. "Why are you so weak all of a sudden?"

"I go-"

"Guys, you need to see this." Allison called out from somewhere above them.

Following in Diego's path, they met each other in the attic, where Allison was kneeling down looking at pictures and... character figurines?

Looking over her shoulder, seeing a picture of the Hargreeves kids in a small picture. One that would be in a picture frame. Or it would be if their faces weren't burnt off.

"All of our faces are burnt off." Allison rubbed over the picture. "Well that's not creepy," Diego said sarcastically, examining the attic.

Spotting the figures, Y/N noticed something off about them. The body looked fine, but the faces. All were scratched off. "What the hell, this guys got serious issues.." She pushed over one of the little figures.

"Well shit," They said standing behind her.

"This was never about Vanya," Allison started.

From the corner of her eye, Y/N saw Five look odder than normal. Of course he was in a Childs body, how more odd could it get? His face was paler than normal and sweat dripped from his forehead. His fingers were covered in blood, fresh blood. "Five?"

"This was about us.."

Almost instantly Five was on the floor. Y/N couldn't even process what had happened to him, all she knew was that she caught him before his head could hit the ground. "Five what the hell dude!"

"Wh... Blood." Allison stared at his fingers in confusion as she puckered her lips.

"Jesus, Five. Why didn't you say anything?"

"You have to keep going... so... close." He breathed out, blinking slowly before he rested his eyes.

"Five. Dude wake up. You bastard! Wake up before I kill you!" Y/N slapped his face. As Diego pulled Five off of her. "Stupid dunce, he got shot!" She lifted his shirt, examining the deep wound. "Idiot, stupid, bitch ass..."

Diego and Allison rushed Five into their "living room".. one of many in the household. Not so gently, they placed him on the couch with Y/N right by his side. "You idiot, why didn't you tell me we could've avoided this!" He pulled on his ear, but he just groaned and dug his head into the side of the girls thigh. "Perv," She gently ran her hands through his hair.

As Allison and Diego bickered Y/N just watched as their mom, Grace examined the wound and immediately started working on it.

"Oh, dear. I'm gonna have to ask you to get to bed, its awfully late don't you think?" Grace stopped once realizing Y/N was still there. "Oh, yea sorry." Y/N rested Fives head down on a pillow placing a soft kiss on his forehead.

"He'll be okay right?"

"Of course."

Heading up to Fives room, she decided really just to get sleep. Tired, exhausted, and not really having anything to do without Five, she changed into PJ's she had found in Fives drawers and fell asleep. Yet having a somewhat hard time as her mind wandered about if Five was gonna be okay. If he wasn't, she wasn't sure if she could stop the apocalypse on her own, yet keep trying without him.

It was like motivation knowing that Five was with her all the time. It was nice as well. Just spending time with him was fun, it relaxed her. If he wasnt with her anymore, there would be an empty space. They were almost like partners in crimes. Two assassins that used to hate each other, slowly getting closer.

"Please be okay.."
