Erik's plan was pretty good... I guess. He was gonna threaten the mortal with his sword. But I had a better plan. I looked at the "Manager of the month, ME!"sign on the wall and examined the guy. Yeah, I could pretend to be him.
"Guys. Were gonna need a trench coat. I have an even better plan."

I walked up to the girl at the desk. "Hey, it's me. I want all the money for no particular reason."I put on my best manager voice.
"....Sure...."The cashier opened the cashier, handing me 56 bucks. "Wait- it's that easy?"I tiled my head.
"No."The cashier's eyes turned completely red, and her skin turned to the colour of stone. She grew horns and stone-wings too.
"IT NEVER IS!"I yelled, grabbing a steak-knife off the counter. She chuckled, "That won't help you, son of Mammon."The cashier ran towards me, I quickly jumped out of the way.

This Subway seemed to be Sound-proof, probably specifically built for demi-demons to rob or something. "HEL-"I try to yell, but I'm cut off by the gargoyle cashier chucking a rock at my face, it goes right by me, brushing against my cheek.
"NO."She yelled, flying towards me. "AH!"I rolled out of the way so she flew into the doorway. I just needed a chance to get to the doors without her killing me. At this point, Erik and the others were banging on the windows- which were slowly being turned into crystal-clear stone.

"You won't come out alive. Say goodbye to those friends of yours, and your sister."The gargoyle-cashier-lady turned fully into a garogyle, with razor-sharp fangs, too. She charged at me, biting on my arm. I winced, the bite was bleeding. I took a broom for the opened supply closet nearby stuffing it into the gargoyles mouth, giving me time to run for the door.

I dove at the door, but the gargoyle grabbed me by my foot and dragged me back. She clawed my leg, opening her mouth very wide like she was gonna consume my soul. But then, time seemingly stopped again. Her eyes went white and the ceiling fan stopped.
"The day is almost over, and the familiar becomes closer to reaching it's destination. Son of Mammon, she will not be the same when you see her again, if you do."The disembodied, deep voice said as the gargoyles mouth didn't move. I took the opportunity to run out the door, as time eventually went back. I quickly slammed the doors, putting a broom in the handles. The door shook as the gargoyle tried to open it.

Soon, the Aella, Loona, and Erik ran over.
"DUDE! YOU WERE SUPER COOL IN THERE AND- AND-"Erik started to grow owl-like feathers, and we all looked at him in horror.
