The walk was pretty much silent, usually Erik would make a funny joke or a sarcastic comment, but nope. The only noise he made was the occasional groan, that or he would just scream in pain. It was weird... I finally felt like the leader, but I felt so selfish. So...so selfish. I didn't give Erik anytime to heal, but this wasn't about him. This quest was about Ellisse.

I read about this "Throne Room." it was one held for the highest ranking angels, and under it was a dungeon where they kept demons of any kind, and... killed them. We had to sneak in, and somehow get under the thrones, without anyone noticing. Sounded easy in theory, right? Nope, the security here was maxxed out. You know that giant dog at the front gates? There were at least 10 of them, 2 for each entrance.  "Any plans?"Loona asked, holding onto our golden key. I used to think it was to the gates of Heaven, but no... it must've been to my sister's very cell.

Aella snapped, she put down Erik, who groaned in response, and she ran over to the dog. "Looks like she has a plan."I mumbled, following her. Loona threw Erik over her shoulder, and then followed. "What's the plan?"I asked, Aella jumped.
"Oh Satan, don't scare me like that."She sighed, looking over at the giant guard dogs. "This trick used to work on my puppy, watch."Aella casually walked over to the huge dogs, and balled up her fist.

"No way- is she gonna hit that dog?!"Loona's eyes widened.
"I don't think so.... I hope."I squinted at Aella. "GO GET THE BALL! WHO'S A GOOD BOY?"Aella pretended to throw a ball really far, "GO GET IT!"She yelled, and the dogs complied, running after it. Loona ran over, I limped. "After you."Aella smirked, we walked inside.

The throne room was huge, pretty much everything was plated with gold. But it looked like there were no angels in there, at the moment. I hoped it was a very long moment. Aella helped me walk, since Loona had Erik. And we searched for some kind of... lever or something to open this "dungeon."
"Think, if you were an all-powerful being... where would you hide the entrance to your dungeon..?"Loona asked, pushing random tiles on the floor.
"Mmmrf. Ceiling."Erik mumbled.

"...Which ceiling?"I asked, Erik groaned in pain, massaging his temples. "I- I can't think straight...? Brain feels all jumbled. Jumbled, mix up in a confused or untidy way."He winced.
"Is the ceiling... here?"Loona asked, he nodded.

"Okay, so the lever is on the ceiling?"Aella groaned when she looked up at the ceiling, which seemingly went on forever. "Holy.. Satan."Loona whispered under her breath.

The ceiling was like the sky, clouds circled everywhere, taking many shapes. One even looked like Ellisse. "Erik's the only one here who can fly... and he's- pretty much dead."Aella said, "So, we're gonna jump."She smirked.
"Uhm, Aella... we can't JUMP A BAGILLION FEET IN THE FRICKIN' AIR!"Loona yelled. "We can if the air is an illusion."Aella picked up a book, throwing it at the "Sky". It cleared away like mist, revealing a glass ceiling. But most importantly, a lever.

"I don't think were jumping up there."I muttered, it was still pretty high-up. "What I mean is- I have pretty good aim, I'm gonna jump and throw something to hit the lever."Aella explained, taking another book from her bag. But suddenly, STOMP, STOMP, STOMP.
"THE ANGELS- THEY'RE COMING BACK!"Loona yelled, "Hurry up!"I told Aella, who was still aiming.

The stomps got closer, STOMP. STOMP. STOMP. "That probably isn't an angel, I think that's- the God."I said, listening to the loud stomping. Aella finally threw the book, hitting the lever. A hatch in the floor opened, and we all rushed down. But the hatch just wouldn't budge, I kept trying to close it and close it, but it just wouldn't work. So, I gave up, running as fast as I could down the stairs. I hoped the angels would be like "Oh, guess we left it open."
