"Unnie, can you think it over?"
A worried Joohyun tried her best to keep up with Taeyeon, who is walking towards the main gate with haste, hoping that Sunny has not left yet.
"Can you not call me that?" Taeyeon responded, turning around abruptly causing her hair to be thrown over her face. She glared at her supposed sister through the strands of hair that's lingering in front of her vision.
"But you are my sister...what else should I call you?" Joohyun asked taken aback.
"Whatever you used to call me, but I am not your sister. I don't want another family, I am sick of it." Taeyeon ruffled her hair, then brushed the hair away from her eyes. For the sake of her own sanity, the last thing she want to do is to be in another family and have to meet parents' expectations.
"Don't you remember me at all?" Joohyun asked, her eyes that of a puppy's beseeching her owner.
When she can't think of a response, she continued her way towards where Sunny was sitting at the main gate.
------
"Are you trying to get me killed?? I have never fought anyone aside from sparring!" Sunny looked at her in incredulity, as if she is looking at someone who had a screw loose.
"No. You are going to fight your best today, ok? Aren't you a black belt already? You will be fine!" Taeyeon tried coaxing her with a few pat and rubs on her back, though her movement was hastened and caused more discomfort than it did encouraging. "If you win, I treat you food for an entire week!"
"If am I dead, there is no more belly to fill."
"Please Sunny? I really don't want some stranger from apparently my 'father's' company to be by myside 24/7, at least not without having you around." Taeyeon did her dreadful aegyo again, except her lips were bent a bit way too much, tugging at her bodyguard's sleeves.
"He is your father, maybe you should just let him pick your bodyguard, she's probably a lot better at it than i am." Sunny scrunched her face and pushed her away. "You know you look more like a starving puppy than a cute one, right?"
"Then help this dying puppy win pwetty pleeeeass?"
"Ugh! I hate you!"
"Yah! Sunny, this is an order! I am your employer now right." Taeyeon stated as a matter of fact. "Consider this your training."
Sunny sneered, her nose twitched in disbelief. "First training session, you have me fight against one of Mr. Kim's top ranking body guard. You know they trained their entire life for their job!? I trained for a year!"
"If you are strong and fast enough you can still win! Come on you have beginner's luck."
"Why did I agree to this job in the first place..."
After their bickering, Sunny hesitantly agreed to Taeyeon's request, the latter was using the she is the employer card.
------
The small group arrived at the gym, and there seemed to be other guards already standing around a padded ground at the far end of the large room. Sunny's opponent was already waiting for them standing firmly on the padded floor.
The moment Sunny set her eyes on her opponent, she regreted her decision. If she loses even one exchange she could get sent to the hospital. Watching the girl do her warm ups, she can tell she was more trained and stronger than herself, she stands no chance. Her opponent Sooyoung is tall and about the same age as her, with long legs that can probably keep her from even getting close. All the while dressed in full black outfit that made her look even more intimidating. She gulped when she noticed Sooyoung flexed her leg muscles that looked like it could knock her out with one kick.
