One: The Beast meets Goddess

One thing about Forks is that the sun hardly shines, meaning a coven a vampires can be out more. Calvin never thought he would have a mate because people fear him. People saw the tattoos on him and admittedly feared him making him hate humans more. Alice looked at her brother as she knew he hated humans because of them jumping to conclusions, but there is one human that will prove him wrong. She wasn't like most humans, she actually saw him as a human being not a monster like others thought.

"Let's go, Alice." Rosalie said.

"Coming." She said smiling.

"Is she going to be there?"

"Yes and she is perfect for Calvin."

"Good."

All eyes landed on the chief's daughter as she walked through the halls. Julia Swan didn't talk to anyone at school as all the females and male population wanted to get in bed with her, but she wouldn't allow it. Julia always wanted someone different even if she never dated. She thought she'll never meet anyone that will make her want them till she bumped into someone. "Son of a bitch." She said.

"Can you watch where you're going?"

"I was till someone thought it would be okay to stand in the middle of the hallway." Julia fired back as she looked up at him. She saw tattoos and looked up at the guy's face.

Calvin looked at her shocked to see someone not fearing away from him. "You were in la la land."

"Well, I'm sorry that I was thinking of something. Didn't know I couldn't."

"You're not like the others."

"What is that supposed to mean?" She asked.

"I'm Calvin Cullen. Me and my family are new."

"Julia Swan." She said holding her hand out. "It's nice to meet you."

Once his hand went in her's to pull her up, he felt sparks causing him to get a better look at Julia and was shocked that this girl was a goddess. Julia blushed as she moved her hand away from his. "You're not running away."

"Why would I?" She asked him as they started walking together.

"The tattoos."

"People jump to conclusions too fast." She tells him as she stopped in front of her class room. "I'll see you later, Calvin."

Calvin watched her go in making him smirk. "I'm going to enjoy Forks this time."

Jasper and Emmett followed him. They knew that Calvin met his mate, but it looks like he has plan for him to know Julia Swan.

Julia never noticed that she was being watched as she grabbed her tray. She turned to see Jessica trying to flirt with Calvin causing her to walk overt to them. "Jessica, are you trying to prove that you are desperate for attention or is this your way to prove to people you can get the new students faster then they can."

"Back off, Julia."

"Ha ha. You make me laugh, but no." She said. "Calvin looks uncomfortable with your flirting. I say you back off or you will wish you were dead."

Jessica looked at Julia as did Calvin. She had this look that said she will murder them. Calvin wasn't going to lie to himself. Julia has him turned on. Jessica nodded as she ran to her table causing Julia to roll her eyes. "Sorry that you had to deal with that. These girls here just want attention and seeing as you and Edward are the only ones that are single causing them to attack."

"Who said I was single?"

Julia leaned in. "Let's say I a little birdy told me."

"Who?"

"I'm not saying." She said as she walked to her table. "You'll have to find out."

Calvin watched her go to the table and sat down. The others watched Calvin follow Julia as if she was a magnet. "He is going to have fun with her." Emmett said. "You can already see it."

"You don't know the half of how their relationship starts out. Just be ready for a lot of tension between them." Alice tells them. "We'll be seeing Julia a lot more."

They looked to see Julia and Calvin talking. Calvin shook his head at the spitfire of a woman and knew that Julia, despite her being his mate, will be someone he wants to know before telling her everything. He may tease the woman. "Calvin?" He looked at her. "What are you thinking?"

"For me to know and you to find out."

"You like playing games don't you." He nodded. "Let's play."

Calvin smirked as he was going to have fun with Julia Swan.
