Six: The Deal and The Reason

Calvin sat thinking about Julia. He wanted to touch every part of her body, but knowing that she was taking things slow was okay with him. He meant what he said a few weeks ago. He has ways to make her scream his name. Calvin needed Julia and he needs her now.

At the Swans, Julia looked at her reflection and sighed. She wanted to go a bit further with Calvin, but she promised her dad that she would know Calvin before jumping the sack. "I can't help it." She said placing her head on the mirror. "Why does he have to make thing so hard to keep a promise?"

"Talking to yourself?"

Julia screamed and looked to see Calvin. "Calvin! You ass! Why are you here?"

"I need you now."

"What do you need me for?" She challenged as she walked towards him. "Tell me, Calvin."

Calvin pushed her up against the door. "You. Are. Not. Helping." He tells him as his eyes were black.

Julia went to say something causing him to kiss her. She moaned into the kiss as she held onto him as she felt like she would fall from this. They pulled apart staring at one another. "Calvin..."

Calvin didn't hear anything as he ripped her shirt off revealing her red bra. Julia blushed as he moved the bra. He looked up at her with a smirk. "Enjoying this?"

"Mmmhmmm." She replies not trusting her voice.

Calvin smirked. "I wonder if you'll respond if I do this...."

Julia moaned as she felt his hand. "Y-you're not helping, C-Calvin."

Calvin brought her close to him. Grabbing her chin, he got her to look at him. "Don't hide." He tells her. "You're beautiful, Julia Swan."

She smiled as she kissed him. "Stop talking and make me scream your name, Calvin."

That was enough for Calvin to lose control. Julia screamed out as he picked her up and rushed her into her bedroom. Calvin tossed Julia onto her bed causing her to raise up and glare at him. "You'll be screaming, Julia." He tells her as he took his shirt off causing Julia to watch as he started to take his pants off. "Every male figure will know that you are mine now."

Julia watched him hover over her. "Calvin, I'm already yours."

"Not yet." He said as he leaned in. "Tell me that you don't want this, Julia or everything between us will change for the good."

Julia looked at him as she ran her hands up and down his chest. Was this what she wanted? Did she really want to go through with what is about to happen? Grabbing Calvin, she brought him down to kiss him with one simple word. "Yes."

That was enough for him to lose control.

Julia woke up to see her room a mess and everything that happened came flooding back. "I see you're awake." She looked to see Calvin dressed. "I needed to hunt."

"Oh." She said.

Calvin walked over to her and looked her in the eyes. "What's wrong?"

"Is this the end for us, despite the mate bond?" Julia asked.

"No. Why?"

"I overheard some of the students thinking that once we have sex that you would leave me." She tells him. "I know that we are mates, but I don't want to be see like that in your eyes."

"Julia, don't let their words get to you." He tells her as she held the blanket up to her chest. "How about we continue this till we know if we want to be together or not because I can tell that there is something holding you back from being with me."

Julia looked at him and nodded. "Okay." She said. "I'm scared to get hurt like daddy."

"Your mom?"

Julia sighed as she stood up with the sheet around her and walked to her window looking out of it. "When I was a year old, mom chose to leave with my sister. She told dad that he could keep me since I was the mistake. I wasn't planned." She let tears fall as Calvin stood there shocked. "Daddy swears I was never his mistake. To him, I'm his princess. His little girl."

"Julia, you're not a mistake." He tells her as he got her to look at him. "To me, I finally feel whole, but I need you to let me in. To let you see that you are not a mistake to me. You may be my mate, Julia, but I want to know you as a person."

Julia looked at him and back outside to see her dad's cruiser driving by. She has reasons, but she knows she shouldn't be letting her reasons from what happened back then effect the present. Her future. "I think I need to let go of the past and focus on the future."

"I think you need a heart to heart with Charlie. Let him know how you feel and then I'll take you to meet my family. If you want to?"

Julia nodded. "I'll let you know, but first. You need to get out of here. I need to talk to daddy tonight about this."

Calvin nodded as he kissed her. "I'll be here tonight after Charlie goes to bed to see how everything went."

"Okay."

That night, Julia looked at the dinner she made for her and Charlie. She sighed as this talk was going to hurt her, but she needs to let her dad know. "Julia, I'm home."

"In here, daddy." She said.

Charlie walked in to see a lot of food. "Oh no. What's wrong?"

"What makes you think somethings wrong?"

"You cooked a lot of food. That usually means somethings wrong." Julia sighed causing Charlie to sit across from her. "What's wrong?"

"Was I a mistake to you? Despite you telling me that I wasn't."

"No, Julia. You were never a mistake to me. I don't care what Renee said back then because you are my life. I never got the chance with Bella, but I'll never regret the day she kept you here with me. I got to raise one daughter who was never a mistake. Even her mother got pissed about the way she left you behind. She said you wasn't a mistake." Julia smiled. "When Bella was born, you did everything you could to take care of her. Till Renee left saying those words to you and to me. I told her that you was never a mistake."

"Thanks, daddy."

"Have you told Calvin?"

"Yeah. We're going to see if there is a relationship between us."

Charlie gave her a look that says he knows the two had sex causing Julia to smile. "Just be careful, Julia."

"I will, daddy."
