Nine: The Call and Drama Begins

"Julia! Phone!" Charlie says.

"Who is it?"

"It's Renee."

Julia grabbed the phone, but Charlie stood there with Julia. "Why are you suddenly deciding to call me after 18 years of absence?" She asked. "You missed all my birthdays, never once called to see how I was, you didn't care!"

"Julia..."

"Shut up!" Julia screams as tears started to run down her face. "You only have one daughter and that daughter is Bella. All I was to you was a burden, but I have people who don't think that." She says. "Don't think that this call is a way to say sorry and get to know me because you're 18 years too late."

"Julia, I realized my mistake. Phil..."

"Oh, the new hubby wants to meet the oldest, but guess what. Rot in hell."

"Julia, that's a little harsh."

"Daddy, here. I'm sorry for the harsh words, but she has no rights to talk to me after all these years. She hurt me and yet, she thinks I should cry mommy because she finally wants something to do with me all because of the new hubby?"

"Go see Calvin."

Julia walked out of the kitchen. She opened the door for Calvin to be standing there ready to knock. "Babe, are you okay?"

"No." She tells him.

Calvin brought her into a hug. Bella walked down just to see Calvin and Julia. "What happened?"

"Renee called and thought everything would be fine if she apologized." She replies as they started going to the car. "I could careless for the apology. I didn't have a mother from the beginning, why want one now." She felt eyes on her and looked back. "I don't have a sister for all that matters."

"Let's get to school and not think anymore on the phone call."

"Sounds like a plan to me."

At school, Julia walked with Rosalie who was talking about hanging out this weekend. Rosalie noticed how queit the Swan girl was being. "What's wrong?"

"Renee called." Rosalie looked at her shocked. "She thought that it's time for us to talk, but I called her out on her bullshit." Julia said as she saw Bella. "And Bella is the reason for the call."

"Well."

Bella saw her sister and a blonde go by. She wanted to say something, but didn't as she knew that Julia was going to be stubborn. She heard the warning bell and walked to class. Her mind was on trying to know her sister.

Calvin saw Julia and kissed her. "Mmm." 

"Really?" Rosalie says as Emmett did the same. 

Julia pulled back and looked at Calvin. "What's wrong?"

"I'm just trying to keep you calm." He tells her. "I don't want you stressing over what happened this morning." Julia smiled at him. "You're not going to go straight home tonight."

"Why?'

Calvin and Emmett shared a look causing the girls to smile. "Double date?"

"Yep."

Julia hugged Calvin smiling. "I love you, but we need to get to class before lunch gets here." 

Calvin nodded as he kissed her. "I love you."

The boys watched the girls go to class, but Calvin noticed someone watching them and looked at Emmett who also saw. Julia's little sister was watching them. "You know she's going to ask Julia about you."

"Yeah, that won't happen. Julia doesn't want that bond with Bella. That chance was ruined when her mother pointed her out to be a burden." Calvin says. "I don't want Julia feeling like that." 

Emmett put his hand on his brother's shoulder. "Don't worry about it. To us, she isn't a burden."

"She will never be one either."

Lunch came and Julia was slightly nervous about this. Calvin put his arms around her as he could tell that she was nervous. He kissed her head making her smile. "It's time." Alice tells them. 

Calvin put his arms around Julia as they walked in first. All eyes were on the goddest and her beast. Bella saw her sister. "Who is that with my sister?"

"Calvin Cullen. Him and Julia had this thing last year. Everyone knew that they would be together just the way they teased one another. Surprised there isn't a child yet."

"Oh. Julia can't have kids." Bella says. "Dad told mom a few years back she couldn't."

Julia stood behind her sister glaring with tears in her eyes. "So you think you should tell the whole school about what we discovered a few years ago. As if you know me!" She screamed out as Bella moved a bit away. "You don't know nothing, Isabella. All you are to me is a sister that doesn't have a bond."

"Julia, come on." Calvin says. 

"The next time I hear my name coming from your mouth, I will make you regret everything!" 

No one said a word as Calvin walked Julia out of the cafeteria. "What just happened?" Edward asked confused as he couldn't read Bella's mind. 

"Drama just started between Bella and Julia."

Before you wish Edward had a better mate, it's Bella.
