Twenty four: Fair Warning

Gavin saw Julia sleeping causing him to smile as he made sure all her books were on the desk. She's been studying a lot and Gavin has been proving to her that she got this. He saw her moving a little and smiled. "How does it feel to have a soon to be wife and child?" Emmett asked as he put his hand on his brother's arm.

"Great." He says. "What are they talking about?"

"Bella's birthday party that Alice wants to throw."

Just hearing that, Julia raised up. "I'm giving you a fair warning. This party is stupid for one, two, Bella will hate today as she is still eighteen, and finally, the girl isn't stupid because Edward told her everything." She tells the two knowing that the others are listening. "Bella will do something to get her chance of turning."

Gavin looked at his fiancée. "Baby, don't stress over your sister..."

"I'm not stressing. I've learnt to not let things bother me. I'm pregnant and I have school, which I do take time with because I refuse to stress." Putting her hand on her bump, she smiled. "I know when I'm about to stress."

Gavin walked to her. "Baby, don't worry because tonight, we are going to stay up here and think of names."

Julia smiled. "What about our wedding?"

"That too."

Emmett walked out as he was going to listen to that warning. He doesn't know about the others, but Rosalie will listen just like he will.

Later that day, Gavin and Julia walked around the house together. "Thank you for getting me out of the house. Do you think we can go see daddy?" She says. "He's been working and I've been studying. The only time we get to talk is when we're not busy and I would like to go see him."

Gavin smiled as he kissed her head. "Let's go see him now." He tells her. "He called this morning while you were asleep and said he would like to see his baby girl."

Julia smiled as she hugged him. "I love you, Gavin so much."

"I will never make you leave your father behind."

Julia smiled as she was happy to have someone that understands her. Gavin walked to the car causing her to smile. "I love you so much."

"Love you too, baby.'

"Daddy! Shut up." Julia says laughing as they were discussing what he wants to say at the wedding.

"Nope, I'm going to tell the truth about everything because no matter what, you are still my little girl."

Julia smiled as she laid her head on his shoulder. "Daddy, no matter what, I'm still your little girl." She tells him. "Gavin told me that he would never make me leave you behind." Hearing the door slammed, they both saw Bella. "That's not good."

"Nope." He says. "I'll talk to you later, sweetie. Let me know when the wedding is."

"I sure will, daddy and tomorrow, we will have a lunch date. You, me, and Gavin."

"I would like that."

Gavin smiled as he got off the phone. "Ready to go, baby?"

"Let's go."

They walked out of the house causing him to sigh. "We were right."
