It was almost 1 in the afternoon and I was lay on my bed cuddled up to Cam watching Independence day. I loved being with Cam, he always made me smile and gave me butterflies in my stomach.
"You alright beautiful?" He says looking down at me, here goes the butterflies again
"Yeah" I say smiling and he smiles back and kisses my forehead, I felt a warm rush down my body which made me go red in the face
"Courtney is coming upstairs to tell you that her and Chris are dating" He whispers in my ear and I hear footsteps outside, which was then followed in a knock
"Come in" I shout and the door opens and Courtney and Chris are stood there "I'm so happy for you both" I say getting up and walking up to them
"How did you know?" Courtney asks and I look at Cam before turning around again
"I just know" I then open my arms and they give me a big hug "Me and Cam are going to watch the rest of this movie okay, so, go have fun" I say closing the door
I then run and jump onto the bed and hit Cam in the process
"Oh my god I'm sorry" I say and he holds his cheek
"It's okay" He says smiling "A kiss would make me feel better though"
I lift his hand off his cheek and kiss his cheek as he smiles
"You missed" He says and kisses me on the lips softly and I kiss back both of us smiling into the kiss
"You do realize Courtney is talking about us" He says and I look at him in confusion
"About what?"
He laughs "She thinks we are going to-" He coughs and I get his drift
I laugh and he laughs too
We go back to watching the movie and near the end we hear another knock on the door
"Come in" I shout and the door opens and Courtney is just stood there with a smile on her face
"I just wanted to let you know that Chris has gone home and your grandparents are going to be home in 10 minutes" She says walking out
"I'm going to meet your grandparents" He says smiling
"Yeah, I hardly ever see them myself" I say laughing
"I'm nervous" He says tapping his fingers
"Don't worry, they are lovely" I add and we hear a car pull up
We got downstairs and wait by the door, they open the door
"Hello hunny, sorry we have been out lately, work is just very busy lately" My grandma says hugging me
"Don't worry, I still have Courtney" I say smiling and she looks at Cam "Oh this is Cameron, he is my boyfriend"
"Nice to meet you" He says putting out a hand and my grandma just goes in for a hug
"Hello Cameron, if my granddaughter likes you then I like you" She says pulling away from the hug smiling
She then whispers in my ear "Well done, he's a fine looking man" and I laugh
I then look at Cameron knowing he must have heard that and he's blushing, next my granddad comes in "Hello duckling" He says dropping the bags and hugging me "And who is this?" He asks pointing to Cameron
"This is Cameron my boyfriend" I say and they both shake hands
"It's nice to meet you" Cam says
"Hurt my granddaughter and I will hurt you" He says looking straight into Cam's eyes and then starts laughing
