The Shadows

The mans nest glow with colors flowing through the windows, inside Jayden watched as chapa, Bose, and Mika chatted. Jayden took a deep breath, she didn't like Bose hanging out with chaps and Mika more than her. She felt jealous about the attention they were getting from him. Miles noticed Jaydens face slowly bloom red as the mans nests lights went dim. Miles approached Jayden, " want to talk?" Jayden knew what miles was talking about but kept quiet. " Come on Jayden you can't keep chasing Bose around you should make your move or move on". Jayden thought about miles words staring into space for a second before laughing, " yea right he should be chasing me!" Miles sighed walking away as Jayden turned toward looking out the glass windows whispering, " I'm not jealous!".

Bose, Chapa, and Mike continued to talk about live before Mika froze feeling something wrong. She did t have enough time to tell the other as Miles butted in pulling Bose away from the girls. Chapa was furious about the what Miles did well he whispered something into Boses ear. The group watched as Boses face expression turned to him being confused; chapa whispered to Miles, " Just tell us what your wanted to tell Bosey" Mika shoot fire towards Chapa trying to tell her to stand down. Miles interrupted the little stare off, " before you both start fighting each other why not listen for a second. I thinks Jayden is planning she seemed jealous about the three of you guys just a moment a-" chapa pushed miles back alittle, " leave Jayden alone,Miles! She's not jealous" miles was a little less worried, he knew they were not listening to him but he was fine walking away to enjoy a nape or two.

Jayden smiled knowing what just happened between miles and the other. She felt her magic flowing through her. Grabbing her spell book she casted a spell of to create dangerous shadow people around the mans nest all she had had to do was look down the mans nest. Jayden went to the computer screen silencing all the alarms before the others could hear them then activating a silent lockdown, no one in or out.

Jayden waited in her seat watching as some shadows floated around the group passively with no care from Bose, Mika, or Chapa. Jayden felt like she had to "fix the mistake" by herself but as she got up she heard a scream before seeing Mika getting launched towards herself. Jayden took a step to the side getting out of mikas way before helping her up, " you okay Mika?" Bose and Chapa ran towards them after the shadow person disappeared, "Mika are you okay?". Mika grabbed her head as she got up remembering what Miles told him, " yea I'm fine, what was that?". They know it was a shadow person but all of them except Jayden didn't believe in shadow people. Before the group could come up with a plan they heard the sound of marching soldier about to surround them. The teens know they could not fight a whole patrol of them. As the marching got close the tenstion we think with. They need an escape route but they couldn't find on and all the computers were locked out so they couldn't get any of the weapons locked away. Chapa screamed she didn't like the sound of what was going to happened but she grabbed Bose by the shoulders kissing him. Mika realized what was going on and grab Bose away from Chapa before she kissed him Jayden quickly pushed Bose away from Mika. Mika didn't know what happened but was mad think Bose pushed her away. They couldn't stay arguing at each other as they saw the squads of shadow people circling them the team got into fighting positions. They waited for the other side to make the fist move But were surprised when the shadow people made an opening inviting Jayden to a seat to watch, it finally clicked in the others mind. " you betrayer!" "Why would you do this to your friends?" The teens screamed at Jayden she just shrugged it off walking the circle close off again before calling the fight to begin.

The teens were disappointed, growing tired changing from attacking to just defending. The shadow people pushed the circle smaller pushing the four teens to get closer together tell the couldn't move. Mika watched surprised as everyone including chapa's defense we're starting to break and loosen up giving the shadows more point to attack. Finally one of the shadows got a good timing about to punch chapa to the ground but Mika notice the slow moving fist pushing Chapa out of the way causing her to be defenestrated ( to be thrown out of a window). Jayden called the pause of the shadow army as she ran to the window followed by the other teens, they stood staring out the open window watching Mika fall to the bottoms of the cliff. Chaps felt a bolt of energy and anger consume her as she unleash her power onto Jayden, watching as Jayden was pushed over the edge of the window causing the shadow army to slowly dissolve into nothing. Bose looked to chaps questioning her actions as they watched Mikas and Jaydens body impact onto the side of the mountain. Crying for the lost of one of there friends.
