Bose POV

We were all in Swag waiting for Ray to "teach" us about why we were not as good sidekicks as henry or something at all to be honest. I haven't been paying attention to Ray for a while. I would just stare at chapa or write a note to chapa about how much i love her and how much she means to me. It would always be fun watching her read the message then blush for a short second before looking around to see if anyone saw her. She didn't want Miles or Mika to see her as weak or have other emotions besides anger. As I was writing a note to chapa about setting up a date night, the crime alarm started blaring through the room. Chapa jumped with excitement and screamed, "Finally a crime time to DESTROY THOSE criminals"  fingers flowing with red fiery bolts of electricity. We all got to our seat pressing the seat's button taking our trip to the man's nest blowing a bubble transforming to our superhero uniform. I looked over to chapa seeing how cute she looked being so excited. Ray finally joined us as Mika read out the crime alert description, "2 criminals robbing the close nacho ball." Ray had Miles teleport us to the front of the store. When we got there we could see the criminals had the employee hostage. 

One of the criminals spotted us outside the door and fired a warning shot, "Kids are you going to try to be a hero? This isn't your last warning to LEAVE, if you take another step closer I have a bullet with your name on it." Ray paused not wanting us to get hurt as he assessed the situation throwing the group into cover behind some tables thrown on there sides. Chapa wasn't having any of it. She didn't want to wait well danger was in front of us. I tried to stop her, "VOlt what are you doing?" I whispered to chapa but she wasn't listening to me. It was like she wasn't thinking. I grabbed her and pulled her back. When I did Chapa turned round to me sparking, I let go of her but as she turned back around I jumped on her trying to tackle her to the ground, "come on volt I don't want to hurt you." The criminal watched as me and chapa were fighting, keeping the gun pointed in our area trying find a way to escape. Finally Chapa fell to the ground but rotated like an alligator pushing me to the ground lifting to her feet. I paused in shock of what happened but could feel the anger filling Chapa. She kept going for the door the others had more difficulty trying to hold her back but she pushed everyone else to the ground when she made it to the door the criminal started shaking with two he gun pointed at chapa screaming, "Girl Don't try it! I WILL SHOOT." Those last three words shock me to life. When I got up I saw Chapa slowly walking to the entrances of the building. She was really risking it, I started running toward her trying to also use my power to stop her from entering the building any further. As I got closer I tripped down letting go of chapa, allowing her to go full speed into the building. I panic hoping she wasn't died and the criminal didn't fire. I looked up in slow motion in the chaos as the sound of an explosion quickly shot by followed by the blast of the bullet before ending in the impact on the ground. I jump to my feet ran to chapa's side seeing her hold the side of her chest tight, looking at me with regret and pain in her eyes. She mouthed I'm sorry, as on command I filled with rage. I want to hunt the criminal down and make him pay for hurting my girlfriend but deep down I know that she was more important. When I saw Ray and the other finally up I called for Miles to teleport me and chapa to the hospital. Ray looked at me and saw chapa in a pool of her own blood, than at Miles with a node before turning to Mika seeing the concerned look with one thing on his mind he grabbed Mika chasing after the criminals.
