Perspective of: Daya
"What?" My attitude grew.
"Why the fuck do I go to work just to find out that my coworkers saw you leave with Kaidan. And not only did you leave with him, but you were spotted at some cafe with him?!?" He ranted on, pacing in front of me.
"First off, why the fuck do you have your coworkers following me around?" I closed the front door.
"Second off, why the fuck does it matter who I left with?"
"Daya. I'm not fucking around." He stood right in front of me, his darkened eyes meeting mine.
"Neither am I Ishaan. So you can either pipe it down or get the hell out my house." I brushed past him, heading to the kitchen.
"Did you leave with him or not?" He turned to me, anger still raising in his voice.
"Yes, Ishaan! I did. Because you didn't want to!" I grabbed my keys, then walked back over to the front door.
"I told you to take a fucking Uber." He grabbed onto my wrist as I walked past him.
"Let go!" My tried snatching my hand back but failed.
"Where are you going?" His grip tighten on my arm.
"The store?! Ishaan stop!" I once again failed at escaping from him.
"Drop the act Day!" He spun me around, then pushed my wrist back, causing me to fall onto the floor.
"You're fucking pathetic, Day." He uttered before leaving out, slamming the door behind him.
And here I was. On the floor, tears building up in my eyes, and an aching wrist. With a quick sniffle I picked myself up, holding in my tears that so desperately wanted to escape.
Crying wasn't gonna solve anything. It wouldn't make the situation better. Crying is pointless. And I've had to learn that the hard way.
I look down at my right wrist to see a reddish bruise around it. Great. Just what I needed. I then grabbed my keys that were now on the floor and slipped on my shoes.
"Let's just act like nothing happened. It'll a quick stop to the store." I muffled to myself, flashing a small smile in the mirror.

"Have a good night."
"You too." I replied to the cashier, grabbing all my bags with one hand.
Now all that's left to do is to get home, put these away, and sleep. I should cook dinner but I've lost literally all my appetite. Let's just get this day over with.
"Ahem." Someone forcefully cleared their throat.
I slowly turn my head to the left to see no other than Kaidan. The unavoidable man. It's actually becoming scary at this point.
"Why are you here?" I asked in a timid voice.
"Just needed to grab some things." He held up his grocery bag up to his chest.

Romance"You're so pretty, you know that?" He whispers to me as he looked at my face and planted a small kiss on my lips. "Bend over for me baby." I obey what he says and stands up, legs still weak, and bend over with my legs spread apart. I feel his lips...
