silence was louder than ever, to say we were all shocked would be an understatement

"No Marcos I'm not leaving my baby again for you, I'm sick of your love trapping me" I couldn't believe it, I had to make sure I wasn't dreaming

My own mother was finally choosing me over him

My own mother was finally speaking up for me

My thoughts were interrupted by his cold voice

"Are you disobeying me woman??" He looked terrifying that I actually waited for my mother to just apologize but no- she had no intent to do so

But that's when I snapped out of it...

"Don't . You . Dare . Lay . A . Finger . On . Her" i emphasized every single word standing in between protecting my mother behind my back

"If you really want her you would have to get through me first father" I spoke with confidence

I felt powerful...I felt like I had the whole world standing up for me

"If I were you I would leave" I said through gritted teeth

He didn't say anything he just looked at me with disgust and looked over my shoulder

"Fine, but don't ever come back to me when she finally decides to take revenge on you two as well"

He finished and locked eyes with me, he came closer whispering "cuz let me tell you Lisa, these two..." he stopped eyeing them

"They were the down of you, they were always your weaknesses and if you come to think of it I'm not your enemy... they are" he ended his sentence with a grin and tap on my shoulder

"We will meet again my dear family" he said leaving quietly, he was still as cold as ever

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, no matter what I can't deny that he still had an effect on me

But for once, I felt actually safe, I wasn't scared anymore

"Lisa baby I misse-" I cut her off, taking my eyes off of her, I averted my eyes to Jennie and spoke

"You two will be sleeping on the guest room, Jennie you will be sleeping with me tonight, would you please help me taking your things to my room?" I said coldly

"Ah yeah sure" I nodded and headed directly to the room
