I looked down at Zach who is currently with his classmates from here on the rooftop. He doesn't know about what happened yet. I just sighed and went back to my class.

" Hey. Why did you skip class without me? "

Beverly complained as soon as I returned.

" It's not called skipping class it's more like 'just went out to get some fresh air.' "

I said with a smirk.

" Whatever. "

She just said. I am currently getting books in my locker when Bev came near.

" Did you buy the chocolate I asked you to buy? "

She asked.

" Ah yes. It's in my bag. Just get it yourself. "

I said as I continue searching for my economic book. As soon as I went back to my sit Beverly is staring at me weirdly.

" What? Did you find it? "

I asked curiously as I take a sit.

" Yes, . . .and I also saw some transferring forms. . . "

She said that made me shocked.

" Oh . . . well I guess I won't need to say it. "

I said with sad eyes. I totally forgot that I put the forms in my bag.

" . . . The contract. . . it's all about that right? "

She suddenly said which made me shocked.

" How did you know about that? "

I asked nervously.

" I knew about it from the beginning. When you and Zach are making that contract. . . I was at the back of the door all the time. "

She said.

" You knew all this time? "

I said in shock.

" Yes. You know I'm not the type of person who butts in another person's business. I just left it thinking you'll resolve your own conflicts but I see that you still don't. "

She said.

" . . . Well, it's all my fault. "

I said in grief.

" But you had the chance to correct everything and you still have that chance now. "

She said convincing me.

" I'm sorry Bev. But it's all over. I'm done so I'll face the consequences. "

I just said as I suddenly leaves the classroom with the forms. I knocked on the principal's door before I enters. I saw him massaging his temples and looking at a letter which I assume as the psychiatrist's resignation letter.

" Yes? "

He asked but I just went near him and gave him the form I just filled up. He looks at me upset.

" And don't tell me you'll transfer with no reason like the others do. "

He asked disappointed seeing my form.

" No Sir. . . It's because I am guilty."

I said that made his eyebrow curl. Before I leave I know I must confess. . . I left the door with a heavy heart. . . I know I deserve those sermons and I know I am lucky that the principal has a cool temper or else I expect those worst scenarios I imagined to happen in reality. I use the time when everyone is at the cafeteria eating lunch to pack my things and clear my locker. Just as I'm about to go out of the door. Zach appeared.

" So you are leaving just as I expected. "

He said with cold eyes as he looks at the bag of books I am holding.

" You could have left alone. Why do you need to drag the psychiatrist with you? "

He added. I imagined him saying goodbye but guess I just leaves a mark of despise at him.

" I know sorry won't soothe everything but still. . . I'm sorry. "

I said with a sad face. I started passing him when he talks.

" I hope you'll not create chaos to the school you'll be transferring to. . . consider that as the last favor "

He said and leaves.

" I won't. . . because I'll drop out. "

I whispered low enough for him not to hear. I just continued walking. I look at the clear blue sky and faintly smiled. It's all over now. I said as I look at the whole school. The school that is full of people who destroyed my friend's life.
