I eavesdrop inside as they were talking.
" Gosh, I can't stand her. "
" Yah. Ever since she transfered. She's making everyone her slave. Even in this competition. She should learn a lesson. "

" Hey, did you know why we are constantly winning? "

I opened the door and made them shocked.

They both said. After the talk I went out and quickly texted Shane. One of my teammates.

Shane asked but I cut her out.

I said directly.
" I. . . how? . . . I'm sorry I really don't. . . "
She uttered not knowing what to say.

She said with pure guilt.
" You had asthma right? "

I just smirked...
I went back to my team.
" What took you so long? "
Zachary asked but I just smiled.
" Nothing just had a tummy ache. But I'm okay now. "
I said in assurance as I smirked back to Lara which is luckily she saw it as she was gazing at me.
" Sorry for the short notice but seems like 2 students have a really serious tummy ache and one was attacked by her asthma. . . so the judges has decided to make it a two of two debate. "
It all made everyone shock except me of course. Zach quickly stared at me.
" What?! "
I said avoiding eye contact from him. I gazed back at Lara who was shocked knowing her two teammates is in the clinic.
" Just trust me Zach. So let's go up stage. We still need to win this thing. "
I said as I grabbed his hands and went upstage. When the speaker announced the topic Zach was shocked but soon stayed cool. Wow he still seems confident. Yah right. I forgot he is genius. I had an eye to eye contact with Lara and both our gazes to each other are deadly.
Zach seems like a professional as he talks that gave us more points. I made sure everything I said are true so our accuracy got more points than the other criteria. When the opposite team are about to speak Lara's partner seems he was out of words to talk.
" Why aren't you saying anything? "
She scolds at him but he was still quiet and trying to think.
" Ms. Lara you have your chance now to talk. "
The speaker said but she just grabbed the mike while sweating.
" Uhm . . . well the. . . the. . . "
She just nervously uttered till her time is out.
" Thank you all for participating. "
I just wear a victorious smile that made her more angry.
" You can't do this. She poisoned my teammates! You b*tch we are not done yet! I'm going to teach you a. . . "
The speaker grab her mike but she just slaps him that made the audience shocked. Her teachers finally went up and tries to stop her from shouting. That's quite an attitude.
" Okay so. . . please sit still and take a quick brake as the judges prepare the awards. "
The speaker said awkwardly after being attacked by a wild teenager. We just went down and headed to our seats when Zach stopped it.
" You owe me an explanation. You promised you'll not ruin this right?"
He sermoned.
" Gahh take a break. I just saved us. "
I said annoyed at his tone
" How is that called sav. . . "
Shane went in.
" Don't be angry Zach. She's right. . . I think I owe you an explanation."
Shane said.
