It's already past 5 when our club meeting ended. I am walking into the bus stop when I saw that there's no vehicle's passing at the road so I start walking right into the middle. . .
' Sometimes I wanna be at the peak of life and death. I wanna feel what it felt like '
I saw a truck coming from the distance. I watched and didn't move a bit as the truck came nearer.
*beep beep beep* it honked
' No. I can't. . . Not yet. '
I said as I went back to the sidewalk. I just sighed and continued walking. I entered a building 1 kilometer away from my school. The nurse at the counter smiled at me as I came closer.
" You're here. "
She said.
" Yes. "
I just faintly smile.
" Here. Fill this up. "
She said as I took a pen and write my name on the paper. I walked into the long hallway and my steps are echoing filling the silence of the surroundings. I soon stopped when I reached the 9th door. I stared at it first before I enter. At the far corner is a very thin girl with her bones already visible. Her hands are tied on her back and her feet are tied at the feet of the chair. She's currently looking into the wide window of her room.
" I'm back. . . Hanna "
I said that made her look at me but with blank dull eyes. She looked back at the window as I went near her and put the flowers I bought on the vase. I soon pulled a chair and sat on it.
" The nurse said you didn't eat anything again this day. "
I said worriedly. Looking into her expressionless face. Hanna didn't die that day I found her hanging cause I came at the right time to cut the rope... I rushed her into the hospital but after that, she started killing herself again but she's just lucky the nurse came at the right time and pulled her back at the border of the rooftop. It pains me as she didn't stop it. The doctor said she's not on her right mind and advised us to put her in a mental facility where she could be treated.
But it's already been two years and not a single progress happens. Not even a bit.
" Hanna. . . please come back "
I begged as my tears starts falling.
" I'm . . . al. . .most done so please come back. "
I continued looking at her but she didn't say a word and stares at the window as if I am not there at all.
" I'm so tired of this cycle of my life. Every day after school I needed to see you to how brokenly shattered you are and then I'll cry like just every time like I am now. . . If I were given to be sick forever so that you'll come back. Then I'll gladly do without a complain. . . I rather be in pain forever than to see you here. "
I said still sobbing.
