It's been two weeks since Dolce awoke in this strange countryside game world. She had slowly become adjusted to the routine of it all thanks in part to Andy making the transition easier. Though while in this strange almost pixelated world, Dolce discovered some very interesting things about herself:

Though she did consume food like the other characters around her, she never really felt the need to eat, nor felt hunger pains. Her senses such as sight, hearing, especially smell—have been greatly enhanced. Her reaction times were faster and she felt she was able to run faster, jump higher, and was generally more agile than an ordinary human. Most likely traits inherited by her new humanoid-dog form she theorized. (Though it did take all her willpower not to go around chasing the poor small critters that lived about the land in the same manner an overly excited dog would do.) It also made her think what enhanced abilities the others could have possibly possessed as well...

But the biggest change she noticed about her new body, was the fact she did not feel the need to relieve herself (in terms of going to the bathroom.)

She did not know whether or not to find it conveniently comforting, or disgusting.

Dolce, Andy, and his friends were eating together at the picnic table not too far from Andy's house. As always, one of his friends would try and offer Andy some sort of apple-based food item just to see his awkward reactions. (The others found it amusing, but Dolce didn't—too creeped out by the notion of potential cannibalism in this world.)

"Alright, can someone please explain how things in your world work again?" Dolce asked in an annoyed straightforward tone. "I swear, if one of these apples doesn't one day grow into some sort of apple-hybrid like Andy, I'm going to have to start asking the hard questions on how all you guys keep 'the population going.' And that's me putting it lightly. I mean, look at Melody here!" she pointed to Melody. "She's a literal moon-girl! Did she come from space or something? Like an alien?"

"Oh hush Dolce, there are no such things as aliens." Claus countered, rolling his eyes as he bit into an apple.

"Yeah, except maybe you Dolce, with your crazy 'human' claims. You're even weirder than Andy!" Felix teased.

"Hey! There's nothing wrong with me! Right...?" Andy asked a bit worriedly.

"At least I'm not a double-bodied fish-man mutant! You are literally two bodies in one! How does that even work?! Someone tell me now! There are so many things that don't make sense! I need answers!" Dolce slumped face first into the table, frustratingly defeated.

"Alright, alright settle down everyone," Margret eased gently as she placed a wood picnic basket with a red bow on the table. "Let's not go around picking on the poor girl. I've brought some fresh baked blueberry-cinnamon sugar muffins for you all to try out~!" she said taking the muffins out of the basket for everyone to see.

"Ooh wow! They smell delicious!" Melody excitedly exclaimed.

"At least it's not something with apples in it..." Andy murmured in relief.

"Extravagant, as always." Claus nodded in approval.

"Not gonna lie, those do look and smell good Margret..." Dolce admitted.

"Why thank you Dolce." Margret smiled.

"Eh, it's nothing special that I haven't seen anywhere else." Felix feigned being unimpressed.

Margret lightly smacked Felix on the back of his fish-head like a mother scolding her child. "Oh hush you. I know you like going about sneaking extra bites when no one's looking Felix."
