"ALRIGHT WHERE IS SHE?! QUIT TRYING TO PROTECT HER, MAN!" Felix snapped directly at Andy.
"Wait-! Why are you yelling at me?! And how should I know where she went?" Andy recoiled as he hastily backed away from his enraged friend.
"Oh give me a break! You're telling me, that your 'Psycho-Maniac' of a girlfriend--who you took in, who sleeps LITERALLY right next to you--leaves in the middle of the night, and you had NO FREAKING IDEA SHE WAS ROBBING US BLIND?!" Felix exploded up in Andy's face.
"Well, my axe is missing too!" Andy countered. "It doesn't make any sense as to why she would take something she knows I use often on the farm."
"None of this makes any sense. And after all this time, I still can't fathom what goes on in that girl's head. But I swear if she did anything to my prized cooking pan I'll-!" Margret raised a fist, fuming.
"-There has to be an explanation!" Melody cut in. "If it was her that took our stuff, why don't we just ask her directly?"
"Only to have her sic her 'shadow demon-self' on us to teach us 'a lesson,' again? No thanks! I ain't gonna risk having my arm nearly torn off a second time."
"Then how do you expect to get your fishing rod back then?" Melody asked him outright.
"I don't know! But I know enough to not get caught up in another of her crazy, 'training' schemes. You guys deal with her directly if you want. I'll figure something out to get my stuff back without talking to her..." he grumbled.
"You had something taken from you too Mel?" Andy asked the moon-girl.
Melody lowered her head timidly. "The toy planetarium I got for Christmas last year..."
"And I, my chessboard set." Claus added.
Andy sighed, shaking his head. He just couldn't wrap his head around it. It wasn't that long ago Dolce made amends with everyone after her rampaging shadowy-doppelganger nearly ruined their properties. And after their arduous "self-defense" training session yesterday, why would she jeopardize their trust through thievery again...?
As if someone out there had read his mind, Dolce came running from the path of the Apple Woods towards the group gathered by the picnic area.
"Guys!" Dolce yelled from a distance. "Guys wait-!"
"Oh great. We should get going before she goes and actually kills us..." Felix growled.
They all were about to leave but Dolce quickly caught up to them. "Wait..." she panted, catching her breath. "There's something...I need to talk to you guys about..."
"How about giving back my fishing rod you, wack-job!" Felix barked.
"You'd had better have a good explanation if you know what's good for you!" Margret sternly admonished Dolce.
"Oh I do. And I'm actually kinda glad to see you all fired up like this~" the dog-girl casually smiled.
Her blackened Doppelganger rose up from out of her shadow and manifested it's shadowy "hands," each holding out the stolen items in question.
"My pan!" Margret exclaimed.
"Dolce, please return everything back to us." Andy semi-firmly insisted.
"Oh don't you worry, I have every intention of giving everything back~." she nodded, glancing over at the Doppelganger who retracted it's "hands" along with everyone's possessions. "AFTER, you all can prove that you can take it back from me~."
