Enjoy~!
Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...
The wooden clock hung on the wall of the living room in Andy's house "ticked" away noisily while Dolce was lazily lounging on the couch staring out into the unknown from sheer boredom.
Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...Tick-Tock...
Dolce's dog ear twitched in annoyance.
"Was the clock always this loud...?"
Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...
"Nrrrggghhh......!" she gritted her canine teeth, growling lowly in irritation...
TICK...TOCK...
"NGGRAHHH...! DAMMIT IT ALL! What the Hell am I doing with my time here?! " she suddenly exploded, pushing herself upright. "I've been sitting on my ass for months struck dumb with amnesia and still got nothing on how to get myself out of this 'mutant-hybrid' infested world! URGH!"
She jumped to her feet and stormed out of the house, practically slamming the door behind her.

Dolce in her anger made her way past the apple woods towards the picnic clearing. She was about to pass the picnic tables when she stopped to glance back at the barn Peter the Pumpkin inhabited.
She shuddered at the memory the first time she sneaked into that creepy, run-down barn which inadvertently led her to encounter the towering pumpkin-man and him issuing his dark threat to her if she ever stepped into the barn again.
For the longest time, it was that very reason she never went back in there.
But the way Peter acted...His words...He definitely knew more than what he let on...It even seemed like he knew why she was here. Then did that mean he knew how she got here? Would he know if there was a way to return to the human world...?
Dolce shook her head vigorously. "Urgh! I must be out of my mind if I want to even think about going back down there to talk to that freak! That guy practically screams "Evil-Villain" vibes! I doubt he'll tell me anything without him skinning me alive! Ugh, nevermind bad thought..." she dreadfully thought aloud.
She then appeared deep in thought. "Then again, if I could convince the others to come with me, maybe we could beat the answers out of that creep..." Her mind played out that scenario like a poorly drawn out animated cartoon of her, Andy and his friends beating Peter with an assortment of random objects. "Yeah...Six against one, odds don't sound too bad..." she thought with an amused smile.
...It didn't last long. "Or maybe not, there's something 'dark' lurking in the shadows with him. What happens if it's not just him in there? What if he kicks our asses with whatever's hiding with him? That's not going to work out well..." She visualized in her mind's eye a bunch of shadowy limbs attacking them, snatching them up one by one. That "thought-bubble" burst quickly, before being replaced with another idea.
"Or..." she smirked evilly..."Maybe we can light up some torches and threaten to burn down his barn with him still inside until he tells me everything I want to know!" Another badly animated thought-bubble appeared in her head envisioning Peter being trapped in a burning barn while she and the rest kept him locked inside with evil grins on their faces.
