~ CHAPTER 1 ~

"Ugh, PAPA!" The young girl yelled, while still sitting in the carriage, feeling as though dead inside.

"What mija?" Her father glanced down at his daughter.

"Are we almost there, we've been in this stupid cart for over 10 hours!" The girl started to make the cart start floating out of anger.

"Mija, please calm down, we are almost there I promise." He gently placed his hand on his daughters shoulder, making her drop the cart and glare at her father.

"Stop messing with my power." She glared at him.

"I had to do something, you almost made your brother fall out." He said pointing to the young 5 year old, who seemed to be leaning fairly close to the edge of the cart.

"He's totally fine, look!" She said, using her powers to pull the young boy further towards the middle of the cart, which startled the boy.

"What? What's going on? Are we still in the cart?" The boy said glancing around and confirming his theory he fell back onto the part of the cart he was laying on before.

"Yes, mijo we are still in the cart, it should only be another hour or so." His mother said holding her youngest closer to her.

The two eventually fell asleep in the other's arms, the older girl glanced toward her mother and her youngest brother, then glaring at her papa again, who decided to fall asleep. Meaning that she was the only one awake now.

"Ugh!" She sighed falling back, then grabbing some rocks from the ground as the cart kept getting pulled by the donkeys. She started throwing the rocks in the air and turning them into different things. 

"Can you PLEASE stop playing with rocks?" She glanced towards her older brother who looked as though he hadn't slept in days.

"How did you even wake up from me doing that? I wasn't making any sort of sound." He glared at her and pointed his hands towards the rocks and they stopped in mid-air.

"SEBASTIAN STOP MESSING WITH MY ROCKS!" The girl said trying to jump from the cart and failing miserably falling onto her back.

"You forgot that I can literally stop anything." She only rolled her eyes at her older brothers comment.

"Can you guys please stop arguing, I'm trying to sleep." Thomas said and the other two immediately shut their mouths, since whenever he said something, using his power of course, could make him sound right.

"You know just because your power makes you right, doesn't mean you have to be a dick about it." The older brother said towards his younger brother.

"Oh yeah? Well my power is literally that I'm ALWAYS right! So ha!" Thomas stuck his tongue out at Sebastian, causing Sebastian to point his finger at Thomas' body and Thomas immediately was stuck in place.

"Sebastian... what have I told you about freezing your brother?" His mother said with her eyes still closed. Sebastian gave an incoherent mumble and moved his fingers over Thomas again, unfreezing him.

"I hate when you do that." Thomas muttered and glared.

"I know that's why I do it." Sebastian smirked and shuffled back down to rest for a little longer.

ONE HOUR LATER (In the Spongebob voice)

"Mija wake up!" Her mother gently shook her daughter, but her daughter wasn't moving, so her brother decided to step in.

"HEY Y/N WAKE UP DUMBASS WE'RE HERE!" Thomas lightly smacked her face, causing her to wake up in a panic. His mother gently shoved him for hitting her only daughter.

"Don't hit your sister." Her mother glared at him and if her look could kill, Thomas would be dead.

Y/n looked around while her mother was still scolding her older brother and saw a beautiful little village right before her eyes.

"Isn't it gorgeous?" She jumped as her older brother appeared right next to her out of nowhere.

"MIGUEL! Dios mio! You almost scared me half to death!" The girl held her heart as she started to calm down.

"Lo siento Y/n, I didn't mean to scare you." Miguel hated accidentally using his gift, being able to manipulate the dark and light, basically meaning he could also move in the darkness, which he hated.

"It's ok Miguel, don't work yourself up over it." She smiled at him while she placed her hand on his shoulder and she had to look up as he was at least a couple inches taller.

Y/n liked Miguel the most out of all her older brothers, probably because he didn't talk a lot and he would listen whenever she had to ramble about some random nonsense. None of her other brothers even cared usually when she walked in the room.

But she knew her brothers still cared very deeply for her, which made her smile knowing that fact.

"Why are you smiling? You look like an idiot." Mateo looked at her in disgust as her moved the ground around him to make stairs as he walked off the cart.

"You're the only idiot here." She smirked at him, as he gave a fake offended look.

"MAMA! Did you see what that man just did? He moved the ground! And he isn't even a Madrigal!" A little boy, around 4 or 5 who was pulling on his mothers dress, so she glanced at the family. She smiled and told the boy that it was the new magical family.

It seemed as soon as the young boy had said those words a girl who looked around Sebastian's age popped her head around the corner. She had a bright red bow on the top of her head and a gorgeous red skirt to match, with a beige top.

"Oh! You must be the new familia, my abuela won't stop talking about you!" Everyone now glanced toward the girl as the young boy and his mother walked off.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Dolores Madrigal, one of the people from the magical familia who you all seemed to hear about, my gift is super hearing, basically I can hear everything in Encanto. Every. Single. Thing." She said those last three words with very wide eyes.

She started walking away but quickly turned back as she saw that no one was following her.

"Well? Aren't you coming? If I heard right, you are the magical family." Everyone quickly grabbed all their things and quickly followed after the girl.

A/N: I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TOO SHORT, IF YOU GUYS COULD PLEASE TELL ME IN THE COMMENTS THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED! AND I HOPE YOU LIKED THE FIRST CHAPTER, THE NEXT ONE WILL BE OUT BY TOMORROW AND PLEASE BE PATIENT IF I DON'T HAVE A CHAPTER EVERY SINGLE DAY. I WILL TRY TO HAVE A CHAPTER EVERY DAY, SINCE I HAVE LIKE FIFTY IN MY DRAFTS BUT I MIGHT FORGET TO PUBLISH IT AND I'M SORRY IN ADVANCE FOR THAT.

OH AND ALSO ONE MORE THING! IF YOU ARE NOT A MINOR PLEASE DON'T READ THIS I WOULDN'T FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THAT AND IF ANYONE WANTED TO KNOW I'M 15 TOO SO YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY IF I'M SOME CREEPY OLD MIDDLE AGED PERSON.
