Chapter 23: During the Day

"Oh yeah, here's my number just in case if you and Leo need to get ahold of us."
"Thank you sweetheart. Can you add yourself in my phone?"
She hands me her phone and I put my number in.
"Thank you sweetie. I'll give your number to Leo later."
"Thank you."
"Here's your coffee. Can you go give Hunter his for me?"
"Sure."
So I hand Hunter his cup of coffee.
"Here you go Hunter, be careful."
30 minutes later he was back to sober.
They give me a tour of the house and they have a guest bedroom for me to sleep in.
"Later I'll give you something to sleep in." Hunter says.
"I got t-shirts you can wear."
"Thank you." I said.
"Later, my moms making my favorite dinner, Gumbo."
"That stuff is good."
"Very." He says.
