I know it may seem like this is all on one timeline, but the Adrienette stuff is on a different timeline than the Ladynoir stuff. Yes, for once, I don't want this fic to have any identity reveals in it. If it's a reveal (which I don't know if there will be any or not), it would be other people (preferably Alya and Nino) finding out about Adrien/Cat Noir and Marinette/Ladybug's trips into movies.

Okay. You may read now.

"M'lady, you seemed more stressed than normal," Cat Noir observed.

Well, Ladybug had her reasons. It had been only a week since their battle against the Pharaoh, where Alya had nearly been sacrificed, Ladybug nearly had the same fate (she had offered to take Alya's place for her plan to work), and long story short, it was a whole lot of drama, fighting, and mummies (she wasn't even kidding-they had to fight off a hundred mummies).

"It's just how weird some of these akumas can get," she finally replied. "I mean, trying to sacrifice someone to get a wife back that you aren't even married to?"

(you can very clearly tell LB & CN are in season 1. they don't realize how much crazier this stuff gets. i should know; i watched "timebreaker" and "rocketear" and concluded that hawkmoth/shadowmoth is just fine with his akumas killing people. not to mention 14 year olds)

"Well, wanna know something that always cheers me up?" Cat Noir asked.

Ladybug couldn't help but nod.

"I'll be right back," he said, and he hopped away on his baton.

Ladybug kept swinging her legs against the side of the building she was sitting on. At least she could. It was the middle of the night, and her feet were tapping the wall pretty softly.

It had been about fifteen minutes when Cat Noir returned, holding a bucket of popcorn, a DVD, and... a flat-screen TV.

She had to admit, he had some impeccable strength.

"My mom used to turn on this movie whenever I was having a bad day," Cat Noir shrugged as she picked up the DVD.

"Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," she read. "Well, you can't go wrong with the classics."

It wouldn't be a terrible idea to just spend one night watching a movie with him, right?

"Just a quick question, how are we supposed to watch this on a roof when we can't plug it in?" she asked.

However, her question was answered when she saw him fiddling with some wires.

"You're gonna electrocute yourself if you're not careful," she pointed out.

"I know what I'm doing," he reassured as he plugged in the TV. "Just hand me the disc."

She fought not to eye roll a little as she handed over the case. He quickly slid in the DVD, and they both got comfortable as the movie started.

"Man, I forgot they used to put all the credits in the beginning," Ladybug said as she tossed popcorn into her mouth.

"Not to mention all of these old movies have the fancy bejeweled book cover in the beginning," Cat Noir joked, and she started laughing a little.

Then the screen froze.

"That's odd," he said. "This never happened when I watched it."

"Maybe the wiring's bad," she shrugged.

But none of their guesses were right as they saw the screen turn to light.

"Uh... m-m-m-m'lady..." Cat Noir stammered, pointing nervously at Ladybug's hand.
