did anyone else do the dancing the sihlouettes did in the opening credits of this movie? no? just me? i hope it wasn't just me.

but yes, time for "odile giving me a headache for an hour!"

Despite having only possessed extremely long hair for a single film, Marinette still found herself bewildered on how short her natural length was, even three days later.

Maybe I should grow it out, she thought as she tried to make sense of her and Adrien's new secret. Adrien had mentioned it when we left the movie.

They were giving one more test today to see if the movie travels were real and not just a fluke. Third time was often the charm.

Surprisingly, Marinette wasn't too skeptical anymore. Two movies in a row and they'd traveled into them. She wasn't sure if it was just the specific type of movie, her computer, or some other factor, but she just knew one thing: no one else would know. They were all frozen in time, nothing happened when she and Adrien were in the movie.

She could tell Adrien was very excited about the prospect of going into yet another Barbie movie.

"So what's this one about?" he asked.

Marinette giggled a little. "Swans."

Marinette was now 100% convinced as she took in her new surroundings, a small bakery within a bright and busy village.

"There you are! I was looking for you!"

She turned to see an older man approach, holding out a tray filled with sugar cookies.

Odette's father. Right.

"I made your favorite," he said.

She tentatively took a cookie, biting into it to taste... chocolate?

Right. Barbie and Kelly. Kelly had asked for the change.

"Chocolate chip," she said, relieved Odette's father barely noticed the change. "You work too hard."

"You and Marie keep eating the inventory," he chuckled, just as they heard the sound of hooves rushing past. "There's your sister now!"

Marinette turned to the window, where she saw a young woman zooming through the village on a horse. Odette's father handed her a satchel as she rushed outside.

"Any faster and you'd be flying!" Marinette laughed.

"That's the point," Marie agreed. "Come on, I'm going out again. You should come with me!"

Marinette kinda wanted to, but she wasn't in the mood to interact with people she didn't know; she needed to figure out if Adrien had really become the prince in this story or not. "Well, thanks for the offer, but..."

"No thanks, right?" Marie finished for her, and Marinette nodded.

She held out the satchel. "I thought you might want breakfast."

Marie opened the flap and examined the contents. "Apple muffin, juice. You're gold, Marinette."

Marinette blushed a little from the compliment. Marie then began galloping away, with the promise of returning back home later.

"So that was her, right?" Odette's father asked.

"Here and gone," Marinette said. "Flying like the wind."

A small bird overhearing the conversation flew away, going high in the sky. It circled around the palace until an arrow whizzed by, landing right in the target.
