An Old Friend

Kazran's POV:

After we left the two men in that room, we all walked back to the console room. After dad explained where we were going, nobody said a word. Not one. It was a bit odd, walking in silence. Then, it wasn't silence. I heard dad start talking to himself in his mind.

If he sold his soul so that we could come back, that means that the hellhounds will be back. Why didn't he do as I told him? Why didn't he just let me die? It would have been better for him if I had. Now when he dies, he's going to go through so much torment. I never wanted this for him. Never.

"Well, that's a lie if I've ever heard one. It would've been worse if you had been dead permanently." I said to him. He stopped and looked at me.

"That's a bit rude, barging into someone's head like that!" He scolded me.

"Oi! You really need to learn how to close your mind when your in thought. I wasn't trying to, but I heard you talking in my head. Not my fault." I explained.

"I guess it isn't. Sorry I blew up. But really Kazran, just for future reference, don't barge into people's heads. It's very rude. Not that you did or anything, just letting you know." He explained.

"Okay dad. Will do. Or won't, whichever one means I'll heed your words." I told him, talking like I always do. He nodded. We showed up in the console room.

"Hey dad?" I asked him. He turned to me.

"Yes?"

"C-can I drive?" I asked him nervously, worrying that he'd say no.

"Where's the stabilizer booster button?" He asked.

"Why, it's right here dad!" I said to him, pointing it out.

"And the Time Dial?"

"Right here!!" I said. He squinted at me.

"What about the Molotoria Safapya?" He said, getting close to my face. I easily pointed it out.

"Ba-da-boom-ba! Right here!!!!" I said, touching the button.

"I'm impressed! How'd you learn all that?"

"I don't know, I just do. Must be because I'm a Time Lord."

"Must be! Well, you're qualified to fly her, if she'll let you." A moment after that, I heard her speak in my head. What are you waiting for, sunshine?! She said to me. I grinned.

"ALLONS-Y MUM AND DAD!!!!!" I said as I flipped the required switches and pushed the correct buttons. My parents walked over to each other and held hands. They smiled at each other and smiled at me as I piloted the TARDIS. It landed, without it shaking all over kingdom come.

"Well, we're here!! Let's get out!" I said to them.

"I didn't feel it shake. Are you sure you did it right?" Dad asked me, leaving mums side.

"The only reason it wasn't shaking is because I did it right. I did leave the brakes on though, that sounds cool. And yes, I'm positive. Now come on, let's go meet Sherlock Holmes." I explained to him, and he seemed a bit embarrassed that I knew how to fly it better than him. I wasn't trying to embarrass him, I just wanted to do it properly. We stepped out of the TARDIS, with Sherlocks flat to our right. We walked over, me in the front. Mum and dad were just behind me, and as I reached up to knock on the door, it opened. A tall man with ebony curls and a nice chin had opened it. I'm guessing that it was Sherlock.

"Doctor! What a surprise. What brings you here?" He asked my dad in a very bored tone.

"Yes, ello Sherlock. I need your help with something." Dad replied to him, stepping up on the step behind me with his and mums arms linked together.

"Oh thank Science something to do!!!! I've been so bored around here, no ones been killed. Rather disappointing to me." He said, genuinely.

"Well, you're in luck then. Rose and I have just recently died and according to two men in flannel that I don't trust claim that Kazran sold his soul to bring us back to life. I need you to tell me if they're telling the truth."

"Well, that certainly is an interesting claim. Let me get my scarf and John. Then I'll be right out. Is the TARDIS here?"

"Yes, it's just over there." Dad said, pointing to it. "Feel free to go in when you're ready. We'll be inside." He said, beginning to leave. Sherlock closed the door. We started walking to the TARDIS.

"Wow." I said.

"What, Kazran?" Mum asked me.

"I just met Sherlock Holmes, and soon I'm gonna meet John Watson. Not many people can say that they have. I don't know about you mum, but I'm stoked!!" I said, hardly being able to contain myself.

"RIGHT?! This is AWESOME!!! I always read the stories in the TARDIS but now I'm meeting the characters!!!" Mum seemed pretty exited.

"Sherlocks an old friend of mine. We go waaaaaay back." Dad said, emphasizing the way. We went into the TARDIS.

"Yeah? How'd you meet him?" Mum asked him.

"Well, I was in a jam and I needed another brainiacs help. I called Sherlock and he was able to get there quickly. If he hadn't have come to help, id be in my next regeneration. And I don't want to regenerate ANY time soon."

"Well, thank god he helped you! I think I quite like this regeneration." Mum said, going in for a kiss that very soon turned into a snog. I felt a tiny bit akward. I cleared my throat.

"I'll just uh, go to my um, room and uh.... let me know when Sherlock gets here." I said, tripping over every word. Dad waved at me. I cleared my throat again.

"Right." I said, walking to my room. I loved seeing them hold hands and kiss, but snogging like there's no tomorrow is a bit, what's the word.... nasty. That's it nasty. It's a bit nasty. I still had to finish that Recolicor for dad. If showed Tony the bubble gum one and dad wanted a banana one. I figured it'd be pretty easy, so I started on one. I soon got lost in my work and fell asleep, still thinking about how to finish it.

Hey peepsles!! I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a while and laziness, food, and school are my only excuses. I'm glad I got this out though. And I've got a question: Do you guys like Kazran? I'm a bit curious so, rate him from a 1 to a 10. I can take criticism, so if you don't like him feel free to say so but please tell me why so that I might improve.
