i hate when people bitch too much about music
1. yeah sure its disappointing if you like emo music and someones like 'omg me too' and then it turns out they like Lil Peep or Yungblud or whatever, but technically it just means they have a life and doesn't care about music as much as you do and got the genres mixed up and thats fine.
2. im sick of people who say pop music is 'inferior' or not 'real music' or whatever like shit, liking more complicated or louder or more political music doesnt make you superior to other people. Also pop music is literally just 'pop'ular music so it could really be any genre. YOU probably like some pop music.
3. lastly i hate when person A meets person B and they have a shared band they like so person A asks person B what their favourite song is and person B responds with said bands most popular song, and then person A bitches about it. Like there's maybe a reason it's their most popular song? Sure, most people who is a massive fan of a certain band isnt gonna think their most popular is the best, but again that comes down to being a bigger music nerd so maybe just shut up and let people enjoy other things than music.
