"Damn it!" I slammed the table. I have been sitting at my table for two hours and I still haven't gotten past half of my English paper. I sighed and took out my phone from my bag and checked my messages. Most of them were from Jacob, asking me what I was doing at literally every hour.

I ignored his texts and when I was about to leave the room to start preparing dinner, my phone alerted me for another message.

Edward:
You, me, dinner tonight?

I smiled.

Can't do, I've got an English paper to write.

Edward:
Come on, live a little ;)

Me:
I really can't. Plus if Jacob finds out, I'm beyond screwed, my friend.

I went down the stairs to start making lasagna for dinner but Edward's reply came in just then.

Edward:
Alejandro's, reservation made for two at 7. I know it's your favorite place, plus they have their mushroom ravioli specially waiting for you ;)

I gasped.

Me:
You sneaky bastard!

This isn't fair!

Damn you, Cullen.

Edward:
I never fight fair ;) see you in a bit!

I closed my eyes and let out a long sigh. Alejandro's ravioli is what I live for, but Edward can't do this to me! However, my tongue was begging to taste some delicious food and I couldn't control my hungry inner self. I looked at the clock and dashed up to my room to get changed.

I wore a royal blue blouse that had a silver V shaped neckline that didn't go down too low. I wore a black jeans with it and put on the sapphire necklace that Edward gave me. I always have my mother's wedding ring strung on a chain around my neck but tonight, I decided to wear her ring on my finger instead. I put on a simple charm bracelet, took my phone and wallet and stuffed them into a small purse. I collected my house keys and ran down the stairs.

I put on my boots and wrote a note to Emmett saying that I was out with Edward and placed it next to the house phone. Just then, I heard someone knock on the door.

"Hey." Edward smiled as I opened the door.

"Hi asshole."

"You look stunning." Edward complimented me, ignoring my insult. This is what I call boyfriend material.

"Well, thanks." I smiled and walked behind him to his car. "Why are we having a fancy dinner today anyway?" I asked as I eyed his suit. He was actually wearing a black blazer with a white shirt underneath accompanied by a pair of black pants. The only thing missing was a tie.

"It has been way too long since we acted classy." Edward winked.

"Acted classy?" I got into the car. "Please, I'm always classy." I flipped my hair exaggeratedly and Edward laughed.

"I know." He winked as he looked down at me. "I like your chain." Edward whispered.

"I love it too." I muttered as I lightly touched it, afraid that it might actually fall if I wasn't careful.

Edward drove out of forks and soon, we were on our way to my favorite restaurant.

"So does Jacob know about this?" Edward asked.

"Does it look like he knows?" I replied sarcastically.

Edward laughed. "And you call me sneaky."
