We had a great night, we fell asleep in each other's arms and it felt perfect. When I woke up the next morning, he was still asleep, his arms still around me. I tried to move from him so I could go back to my room and get ready, but he held me tighter and closer to him. I gave up. This boy was impossible. I snuggled into his chest and just lay there in his arms, too awake to fall asleep so I listened to his breathing.

I lay my head on his chest and I listened to his heart beating. It was a song, a melody, something I could definitely wake up to every morning. I sighed and smiled into his chest.

I lay there waiting for him to wake up. The sun started to peek in through the curtains. It was a bright and warm Sunday morning, something worth waking up to. And his light snoring above my head was very soothing. I was starting to drift back into dreamland, when he started to stir. I looked at him as he started to blink the sleep from his eyes. He looked so adorable.

When his eyes adjusted, he focused them on my emerald green ones. I swear, if I wasn't in love before, I would have fallen in love again when he smiled at me. I could feel myself melt in his arms.

Then all of a sudden that smile turned upside down. My eyebrows knitted together and I knew something was wrong.

Draco's POV

I woke up and I was so happy to know that I woke up with her in my arms once again. I couldn't help but smile and the way she was staring at me, I knew she was melting in my grasp.

But an unforeseen dark cloud of crap clouded my beautiful day. I remembered why I had run after her last week. I had to tell her why the Dark Lord was after her.

My face fell and as soon as mine did, hers did too.

"What's wrong?" she asked softly, eyebrows knit in the most adorable way I had to look away in order to keep a serious face.

"I remembered why I had gone after you last week," I said, looking up at the ceiling. She was quiet, waiting for me to continue. "Do you remember when I told you that the Dark Lord wanted you?" I asked slowly and carefully.

She nodded her head.

I continued. "Well, he wants you because of your elemental powers," I said. Her face fell even more. "But," I continued, "He wants you to kill Harry."

She froze. Her breathing stopped and her heart went silent for a second or two. I shook her slightly and she came out of the trance with what looked like a bit of difficulty.

"I remember Dumbledore telling me that a few months back, but he wasn't too certain," she said weakly. She stopped and closed her eyes taking deep breaths. "Are you sure he wants me to kill my brother?" she asked in a barely audible voice.

I nodded. "He doesn't know that you know that you're twins," I said, "He thought you would never find out. I mean, well you would have found out eventually. He didn't know that Dumbledore knew," I continued to say; this didn't make her feel better.

"But," I continued, "I will never let that happen. I promise I won't let him hurt you." She squeezed me tighter.

She looked directly into my eyes and said, "Don't make any promises you can't keep, Draco."
