Shinsos POV
I cried out as Toga plunged the knife into Kams stomach.
Denki's POV
I went in and out of consciousness and the world seemed fuzzy. I faintly felt someone carrying me but who it was, I couldn't tell.
(A few days later)
I felt groggy as I woke up, but soon I was able to open my eyes and sit up. The lights were blinding and I had to squint to make out the room around me. As my eyes adjusted, I realized I was in a hospital room and my last few memories came rushing back. Shinso, Toga, the knife, and the pain, though not as bad now, the pain was still there. The door opened and my whole body tensed but calmed as soon as I saw it was only a nurse, who startled at the sight of me sitting up. "I see you're awake Mr. Kaminari," she noted, her smile masking her previous surprise.
"What happened and how did I get here..?" I asked, wanting her to answer the 2nd question more than the 1st.
"Well," she replied and paused, seeming to choose her next words carefully, "you were stabbed and a kind young man brought you in and explained the situation. Then some pros and students showed up and you've had many visitors since then. And that's pretty much it, does that answer your questions?"
I nodded, then stopped, "you mentioned a young man? What did he look like?"
"Oh yes, he's visited you every day so far making sure you're ok!"
I frowned, "you didn't answer my 2nd question," considering that she hadn't named the stranger, I assumed she didn't know his name but I had a suspicion on who this "kind young man" was and I disagreed with the "kind" part.
"Oh yes, he had purplish hair and tired looking eyes, I never did catch his name though," she stated.
The nurse looked at her watch and her eyes widened, "goodness, would you look at the time! I must be going now, but don't be afraid to hit the call button near your bed if you need anything!" and with that, she was gone.
My frown deeped, why would Shinso have cared enough to bring me here? He was a villain and I was a hero. Yes, we'd become "friends" but that was before he stood me up and had Toga stab me.
