(No ideas for a title so yk)

Angel had now been in the hospital for a couple of weeks and everyone was extremely worried for him. His condition wasn't changing and his body seemed to be in a sort of defense mode and was starting to reject the blood that the machines were giving him. This now ment that Angels heart would have to give Angel his blood and the doctors were trying to find a way to speed the process up. His heartbeat was to slow and if he didn't get enough blood, well, you know.

The hotel was doing great, more demons were coming in and everyone had a lot of work to do. Yet everyday, while everyone worked, they were all incredibly worried for their dear friend Angel. Charlie put on her smile and greeted demons kindly, but she would break down when on her own and Vaggie spent her time comforting her sometimes. Husk was drinking more and didn't socialise with anyone anymore, besides from the demons he would serve drinks in the night.

No one could really get through to Alastor. They had given up speaking to him, they tried and would get no response, that's when he was home at least, he would be outside or locked in his room. They would get Husk to speak occasionally, Husk was upset but he didn't have the bond Angel and Alastor had, so it didn't affect him as much. The others knew there was something Alastor wasn't telling him, and something Charlie hadn't told them, she seemed to know something, her eyes would go sad when she looked at Alastor, like she knew why he was so sad.

Nifty would be cleaning most of the time, only stopping to talk to Husk, and that was occasionally. Yes the hotel looked great, and that probably attracted more demons, but she would always find new places to clean, it was kind of unnatural. And Arackness and Molly had heard about it, the others didn't know how they were reacting but they hadn't spoken since, so they thought that it wasn't a great reaction.

Everyone had their own reactions, no one was dealing with it lightly, they all just wished Angel would be okay, that they would see Angel again, his usual confident self. But nothing changed, days seemed to get longer and Angels state just didn't change, it seemed he would stay in that hospital bed forever.

Alastor was in his study, he had his messy red hair tied up in a ponytail, that's what he had been wearing for a while now, Angel always loved it when he had his hair up. He was in his usual outfit, his coat was off and was crumpled up on the floor. He had dark bags under his eyes and his curtains weren't opened, leaving him in the darkness besides the lamp on his desk shining on what he was looking at. They were papers of information, these specific ones happened to be about the pimp himself, Valentino.

Suddenly he heard his hellphone buzz. He leaned over using his chair and grabbed it from his bed. He opened his phone and stopped to look at his lockscreen, it was him and Angel at a restaurant together. Now he remembered why he hadn't looked at his phone in a while, I mean he wouldn't normally but, seeing Angel, it just made him want to break down, that's why he hadn't seen him at the hospital much.

He clicked on the message app and had gotten a text from Charlie, it read,
'Meeting, downstairs lobby, since I can't get some of you out of your rooms I'm sending this through text, if you don't come down I will barge in there. Just please, everyone come down.' Alastor sighed and placed his phone down, even in text Charlie tried to be polite in her threats, and he knew she wouldn't hesitate to barge in his room. So he sighed once more and made his way downstairs.

He went down and was greeted with everyone but Husk, who was probably in his room and hadn't seen the message yet,
"What do you need darling?" Alastor said with a weak smile which he could bearly hold up. The others didn't say anything but were quite shocked by his appearance, messy hair tied up and his coat missing, completed by a tiered look and ghostly pale skin. Charlie smiled sadly,
"Hello Al... Just thought I would call a meeting to see how everyone is doing..." She explained, Vaggie put a hand on her shoulder, comforting her, she stopped herself from bursting into tears whenever she mentioned Angels name.

Alastor's eyes would widen whenever he heard his name, and this didn't go unnoticed. As Charlie explained Husk joined and listened with a grunt. Charlie just wanted everyone to speak as they were all quite distant since the incident, she just wanted to see what everyone thought of it. After she explained everyone was silent for a while, Vaggie decided to start speaking,
"Well... I agree with you hun, it's a good idea to talk about, him. We're all devestated, but this is hell, it's a little hard to talk about feelings." Vaggie stated, everyone nodded in agreement, this was hell afterall.

Charlie looked at everyone in disbelief, she just broke in that moment,
"But... I know this is hell! You haven't lived here for as long as I have! You don't know! You can't just say it's hell and just live in the mindset that doing anything good is wrong in hell! That's what this hotel is about, being against the ways of hell! You all care about him, you are all upset, I hate not seeing him here! Please just talk..." She was crying now, shouting at everyone, she was clearly upset, she had a right to obviously.

Everyone was silent, until Charlie looked over at Alastor, with a begging look in her eyes, she mouthed the words, please. Everyone looked over at Alastor, he froze, how could he tell them, but on the other hand, that's why Angel and Alastor got into their first argument, shouldn't he just say something. He cleared his throat,
"Erm... Well... Angel is quite a subject for me to talk about. I mean I guess you could tell, it's quite obvious isn't it!" Alastor laughed awkwardly, the others just stared at him, Nifty had tears in her eyes, Vaggie just nodded at him,
"He was quite important to me, still is... Well, Charlie's told you most of the story, the argument and Angels... Situation. She just failed to mention how close me and the dear spider were... He means so much to me, Angel really does, I don't know what I would do if he died..."

Alastor stopped speaking, he shut his eyes and took a deep breath, he couldn't, he just couldn't talk about Angel, the thought of him, of what he had done to him, it just broke his heart. He took a deep breath and continued, the others listened carefully,
"I don't know what I would do with out him, to put it simply, I love him... I love that annoyed irresponsible yet kind and adorable spider... And I don't care what you all have to say..." Alastor finally said. Charlie smiled and stood up to hug Alastor. Vaggie just smiled and nodded, she saw that coming. Nifty hopped up and down in excitement, she had been shipping them for a while now. Husk just raised his bottle and smirked, putting a thumbs up.

"See! They don't mind, I'd say they are even happy, some even glad." Charlie gestured to Nifty. Alastor awkwardly smiled and blinked away the tears in his eyes, Charlie knew this was hard for him.

After Alastor started talking the others felt more comfortable, especially knowing the Radio Demon had a heart, and it belonged to a porn star of all people! Vaggie talked and Nifty followed, Charlie added a little more and Husk went last, still not talking much. They all missed him dearly, they were all skeptical on wether he'd be alright or not, but that was fine, who knows if he would be anyway? All they had to do was hope.

They all stayed in the lobby for a while and decided to watch a movie, just any way to bond, they all realised that they might actually need eachother more then they thought. So they all say by eachother on the couch and watched a comedy, though none of them really laughed.

Alastor was glad that the others didn't mind about his feelings for Angel, in fact he was glad that he had something off his chest, and he didn't feel so weak about the fact that he admitted his feelings to others. They were all closer now, though almost apart at the same time, the place was still to quiet, not completed. Without Angel the hotel just wasn't the hotel, still, once more they hoped he would just be alright.
