You sat in your English class, bored out of your mind, as was everyone else. Truthfully, you didn't know how people could like this class, sure, Miss Park was an amazing teacher and incredibly kind, but English class still sucked ass.

That was if you didn't have the class president, Choi Namra sit beside you every day and help.

You and Namra had just started dating, having it only been a few weeks since you both actually confessed to each other. Both of you didn't want anyone to know yet, especially your classmates who would freak out if word got out that the class president was in a relationship.

Your head rested on the palm of your hand as you looked at the blackboard, not even realizing your eyes beginning to close and you start to doze off into sleep.

"Hey."

You opened your eyes and looked at Namra who sat beside you, "What?" you asked, rubbing your eyes with the back of your hands.

When you stopped and were able to see correctly again, you looked at her hand that was reached out towards you, and you saw one of her airpods in it. Your eyebrows furrowed together and Namra sighed.

"You were falling asleep. So take it. It'll keep you awake." She spoke quietly, although her voice was already quiet enough when she talked at school if she did at all.

You blinked a few times, not believing what she said before hesitantly taking the airpod and putting it in your left ear, immediately hearing the music that was playing. "Thanks." You smiled lightly at her.

All Namra did was nod in response to a "You're welcome" before looking back at her notebook and writing again.

You could hear whispering around you, and it made you tense up, knowing that your classmates were either talking about how boring this class was, or how Namra had just given you one of her airpods, something they'd never seen her do for anyone. Your eyes glanced around at your classmates, seeing most of them occasionally look back at you and Namra before looking away quickly. You let out a sigh and put your head on the desk, making Namra look at you confused. Just as she opened her mouth to ask what was wrong, the bell rang, and most of your classmates left the room. But some stayed.

"Hey, Sun-hee, class prez." Gyeongsu said as he walked up to you two, making you groan aloud without realizing it. "So everyone couldn't help but notice you gave Sun-hee one of your airpods, something going on between you two?" He finished in a teasing voice, making both you and Namra throw a glare at him.

"Just go away, Gyeongsu. I'll talk to you after school." You told him, hoping it would make him leave.

"So you two are together?" He asked.

You grabbed your notebook and threw it at the boy, hitting him in the head, "Fuck off Gyeongsu." You cursed at him, getting more irritated by the second.

Gyeongsu flinched at the notebook hitting him before grinning, "You guys are together!" He then laughed before running out of the classroom. "Guys, guys! Namra and Sun-hee are dating!" He yelled to his friends that had already left.

You let out a long sigh at hearing his voice echo throughout the halls, and you put your hands on your face. "I hate him."

"It's okay." Namra said, finally collecting her items as she stood up.

"Huh?" You looked at the girl confused.

Namra grabbed her bag and looked back at you, "It's okay if people know. I'm...happy to be with you." She spoke slower at the second sentence, having never said anything like it before.

She wasn't lying, she was happy to be with you. She just didn't know how to show it with you being her first relationship, and truthfully, she was scared that she would fuck it up somehow. Plus, she had almost come to terms with her classmates being total idiots and didn't care if they knew about her relationship with you.

You stared back at her in shock of what she had said, making the girl's cheeks turn red from embarrassment at thinking she said the wrong thing. "I'm sorry I-"

"I'm happy to be with you too, Namra." You cut her off after hearing her apologize, smiling at her as you stood up and grabbed your bag, offering your hand to her. "Plus, now we have a song in memory of when everyone found out."

Namra looked at your hand, then to you, then back to your hand, not knowing what to do. A few seconds later, she held onto your hand with her own and a smile pulled at her lips. "I guess you're right."

With one airpods in each of your ears, you two walked out of the class and into the hallways, hand in hand, with music continuing to play. People looked at the two of you and started to talk to one another, and you felt Namra's body tense when she noticed it. You squeezed her hand gently as a way to show your support which made her look at you, and she saw the small smile you had plastered on your face, making her smile too.

Then she thought, maybe it wasn't so bad to share music with others, especially your loved ones. From that day on, in every class you two had together, Namra would give you one of her airpods and you two would listen to music the whole class period.

Now, there was a song for each memory you two shared together.
