chapter one- stranger

Ashes/pov

I woke up like I woke up every morning the silence of the house filled my ears all I could hear was the drama going on in the city as I tiredly got out my comfy bed and quickly started getting dressed for the day

After that I slowly dragged myself downstairs every room was empty because my parents and siblings weren't up that was a relief But apart from that it was nice when my parents and siblings were sleeping I could sort of do what I want

Once I felt a bit more awake I headed to the kitchen to make breakfast for myself after that I slumped down on the couch and turned the TV on to see if anything interesting was on the news Unfortunately the only thing that caught my eye was about spiderman saving the city again I felt lucky that he was in our lives but I didn't understand why everyone girl had a huge crush on him

Suddenly I felt my phone vibrate it was Delilah I Clicked accept immediately Delilah then Exclaimed

'hey ash how are you how's life in the hell home'

I laughed excitedly it was good to have someone else who understood what my life was like I giggled quietly

'it's been ok by the way are you still going shopping today because remember my mum'

Delilah added on

'yes I know your mom made an exception that I could go with you'

I then vented to her

'but you know my mom's going to go to crappy Chanel and Gucci again this is going to be a total nightmare'

Delilah explained calmly

'don't worry ash I've got your back your mom thinks I'm more responsible than you so we could just wait outside'

I looked up at her brightly and smiled while saying

'thanks Delilah I have to go now see you later'

She waved as I said my goodbyes to her and I immediately hung up
