"So what do you want to do?" He asks smiling as he puts the car in reverse and we start driving.
"Doesn't matter." I say laughing.
"Well we can just go to my house like we planned." He says laughing.
"Sounds good." I say nodding in agreement. I'm actually kind of excited nervous to be hanging out with Mason.
"What kind of music do you like?" He asks turning the radio up.
"I don't know. Doesn't matter." I laugh again.
"You know Mia. A lot of things seem to not matter to you." He says laughing. I start laughing too but it's more of a nervous laugh. What if he doesn't like me?
We are soon at his house and he opens the front door and let's me go in first. It's a lot cleaner than it was when I was first here. The first thing I see is the couch and the only thing I think of is "So that's where it all started."
"Nice place. Seems you cleaned a bit since I was last here." I say laughing.
"Yeah. Make yourself at home. It kind of is your home or will be anyway." He says as he sets the keys down. He locks the door for some reason but I realized its not weird. My mom does it too. I don't even think my mom knows I'm out of the hospital yet. I sit down on the couch and get comfy. It's so comfy. Mason sits down next to me and puts his arm around me.
"Hey." I say laughing trying to keep a serious face.. It's not really working.
"Hey you." He says poking my stomach. I grab my stomach and giggle a little bit. "I have one very important question." He asks as he tries to not laugh.
"And that is..?" I ask looking at him as I try to hold back a laugh.
"Are you .... Ticklish?" He asks smiling.
"Maaaaaybeeeee." I say as I get up and hold my stomach tight. I'm standing in the middle of the living room and hold onto my stomach hoping he doesn't tickle me. I start giggling as he stands up slowly.
"You look hot in those white shorts and t-shirt." He says staring at me. He looks hot right now.
"Do I now?" I ask as I take a slow step toward him.
"Yes. You do. And I have another important question Mia." He says as he looks me in the eye. He steps closer and puts his hands around my waist and rests his forehead on mine. "Will you be my girlfriend Mia?" He says as he pulls me closer.
"Yes." I say as I smile a little bit and maybe even blushed.
Thank god the hospital let me get ready to go. And I had clean clothes. I had white shorts that made my long tan legs look great and a blue and white striped t-shirt. My ombré brown to dirty blonde hair is curled to my shoulders. Thank god I looked good for this moment. He leaned in to kiss me and I leaned in right back. It was slow at first and then before I knew it, we were making out in our living room.
