plagiarism + emotional attachment

It's just a little thing.

I'm working on a book, and I was coming up with the protagonist's dad. Well, haha I'm more emotionally attached to them then the protagonist I wasted all my time developing-

But like

I want to write something just about them. (Is it my fault for making their life tragic? Uh... no.) I mean, I came up with such an interesting and depressing backstory.

This might be thinking too far ahead, but uh prequel? It could be in the protagonist's parents perspectives... giving me the ability to write more about her dad... while connecting up her childhood... and explaining her dad's hair (long story)...

But I also initially based the protagonist's parents off of a ship I like and then based their personalities loosely after people in that ship, but the ship is really complicated and so are the personalities because it's all different-

Is that plagiarism?

Like, I stole my characters' personalities from two people in a fake fictional relationship?

Also, I might put this book on Wattpad which is why I'm dancing around the topic of names and such

Okay then time to try and sleep plus I need to vent to my journal the ship starts with an f technically and the protagonist's name is based off the ship and oh no I'm too obsessed-
