Heart break

Nas sat in the back of the car as he was headed off this island he was at the end of the road he need to get to his friends as fast as possible when the going got tough he headed to New York and this time wouldn't be no different he was headed to the one place that held in down no matter what they pulled up to the jet he got out and took his bags with him no need to give the driver work.
Nicki began to cry she couldn't believe Nas had left on her birthday she didn't know he would react like this she tried calling him but he wasn't answering how could it turn left so quickly he was a good man he would make a great husband she just wasn't at that point yet and he clearly was she  felt lost.
Nas was on the road phone with guys letting them know he was on his way to New York Steve would meet him at the airport.
Damn damn he thought another slot of wasted time how the hell he kept pulling these hands he thought lucky they ain't get married because the divorce would have been a mess with her fans and his.
The pilot announced they would be taking off Nas powered his phone down he was about to sleep because he felt tired but also felt like a load was lifted off is shoulders.

Nicki walked along the beach she was not giving up on Nasir she just needed some time cool off with his hotheaded self  and he would see she made the right choice for them both. Her friends had texted her saying Nas said that she would need them and a plane was waiting on them how could he want to leave her but do that at the same time nas was just over thinking it she thought his actions proved he loved her even when he was so called done with her.

A few hours later Nas got off a plane at jfk the New York cold greeted him like never before he don't know if it was because he was heart broken but damn was it cold he hurried into the waiting car Steve greeted  him he was ready to head to sweetchick the guys that were in city was waiting there on him.
The drive would not be a long one they soon was pulling up into the restaurant the close sign hanged on the door but he knew that was just for him he opened the door and as soon as he got in Ruben pulled him in for a hug in his true fashion he held Nas a little longer while speaking onto his ears that his home was his and his strength was his this is why he never let anyone hurt his circle their love and loyalty for him never shifted they would lay down their lives if it met him being alright he hugged Ruben back letting him know he appreciates the gesture
Nas : " we not having a pity party up in here bring the food and drinks and let's enjoy life"
They all agreed and soon the food and drinks was flowing and the friends were laughing this was what Nas needed his friends.

Nicki sat at the table getting ready to eat when she heard candi loud ass mouth
Candi : " we are here where the Barbie at"
Nicki : " girl tone down"
Candi : " girl what happened??"
Nicki : " Nas asked me to marry him..."
Candi cut Nicki off
Candi : "it's about time someone tied him down"
Nicki : " I said no and he left me"
Candi : " you crazy or I'm i hearing things you said no are you dumb momma Carol must have dropped you on your head because ain't no one saying no to Nas the man worships the ground you walk on sends you gifts because he misses or because he's thinking of you and you said and you told meek yes I would have left your ass too"
Nicki :  " candi it's not like that Nas was just helped me find my voice my freedom and now I'm finally finding out who I am"
Candi : " and you repay him with a slap to the face i got it"
Nicki didn't like how candi was putting it she loved Nas just wasn't ready to be tied down
She took up her all phone and called a number she hadn't called in months meek
She need that final talk with him she had let him know she forgave him but they was done.
And there was no need to be attempting to contact her that chapter was over and she wouldn't be returning to it
Back in New York Nas head was hurting but a smile was plastered on his face now was not the time to break he needed to hold this together. At times like this he just wanted to hold both his kids but knight was always a problem for him to get that was something he was going to fix now that he had more time on his hands. He sent Anthony I text that he needed to get with a good family lawyer he was ready to fight back
