Nas and Nicki where both in New York they had decided that should have a conversation Nas was busy meeting with lawyers closing business deals he had pushed love aside and said chase the paper Nicki had decided focus on the music she still believed Nas was overreacting.

Nas pulled up to the blue ribbon this is where him and Nicki was meeting he was early as always the guys was blowing up the group text about there plans to go to the stripe club tonight Nas wanted to stay home but Gabe was quick to remind him he didn't have no one at home so enjoy his nights Jess had began to reach out to him again he was tempted to bite the bait but he said no he wasn't about to do that yo Nicki especially since they had yet to resolve their issues he saw no way out for them so he wasn't even thinking of doubling back to her they was over as far as he was concerned then he must of thought he was dumb he heard of meek contacting her secretly plus of her call when he left her on the island he was like what she must have still had some feelings for that nigga.

He rested his head down then he heard someone clear they throat he looked up and their stood Nicki he got up and pulled out her chair she sat down and took up the menu
Nicki : " did you order anything?"
Nas : " I didn't think we his was an eating meeting"
Nicki looked on Nas he looked better than she had remember
Nicki : " so"
Nas : " let's get to it ain't no beating around the bush let's just say what we got to say so since you wanted this meeting the floor is all yours whenever you ready so if you want to eat first let's do that"
Nicki didn't like this Nas he was straight to the point and Blunt it's like he no longer cared about her feeling
Nicki : " well I'm hungry so let's eat first"
Nas felt is cool being broken and this some something he didn't want to he sat back in his chair took a look at Nicki shook his head and ordered a glass of henny
Nicki was eating her food like they wasn't here to talk about serous matters
Nicki looked over at Nasir and saw that he hadn't taken not even a sip of his Hennessy.
Nicki : " so I know me saying no made you feel some type of way but I'm not saying no forever I'm just saying no right now I want to enjoy this freedom I never had with meek..."
Nas laughed and Nicki looked on him crazy
Nas : " I was wondering when you was gonna say homeboy name you and that nigga still in love or something first it was the next to you through your friends then it was the call when I left the island you say you want to be free but it seems to me you looking a clown or a mrs Nicki Minaj which I can't be"
Nicki was hurt by Nas words
Nicki: " this can't be the end of us Nasir we can work this out we can go slower"
Nas: " how much more slower you want to go you met my kids been around my people the only slower we can is if we just about to be hook ups to each other we've crossed every line there is to cross I respect you as a female a friend and as an artist but relationship wise it's a dub for me I'm good on that go find out what or who you need"
With that Nas stood up and drop a couple hundreds on the table not once did he look back was he step into his waiting car
Nicki was in shock this wasn't how she expected this conversation to go Nas just left she was not use to this at all
