"What the hell was that? We under attack or not?" Bellamy shouted after the drop ship had just shook throwing everyone to the ground, "Storm damage, we're ok." Drew stated coming back up the hatch.

"You ok?" Bellamy asked helping me off the ground "Yeah I'm good." Bellamy nodded at me before turning his attention to the grounder "We're gonna try this one last time. What's your name?" No answer. "Where's your camp?" No answer. "How many of you are there?" Again no answer.

"Hey. Check it out." Miller called out showing a small tin box to Bellamy, Bellamy let me go gently and walked to Miller "What is all this stuff?" Bellamy shook his had a Miller "Who the hell knows with these people?" He muttered looking at the grounder.

Bellamy grabs ahold of a journal and starts untying the strings that held it shut causing the grounder to fight against his restraints. "Looks like we found something he doesn't want us to see, Miller." Bellamy smirked, "Put it down Bellamy, it's useless he doesn't speak English so whatever is in that notebook is probably in another language." I sighed when Bellamy flipped a page in the notebook completely ignoring me.

"It's our camp. Guessing that all those marks add up to 102. 10 are crossed out. That's how many people we've lost." Bellamy said showing Miller who nodded, Bellamy turned to the grounder and throwing the notebook at his feet "You've been watching us ever since we got here!" Bellamy said angrily but he didn't yell.

I ran up and snatched the journal up and off the ground and closed it, "Stop Bellamy! We have told you he saved us! Why can't you understand that?" I shouted holding the journal behind my back "You don't know that! He could have been planning to kill you two for all you know." Bellamy shouted back.

Before I could shout back Clarke popped up out of the closed hatch.

Drew stood up from where he was and blocked Clarke from entering further, "Get the hell out of my way." When Drew didn't move Bellamy spoke up "It's ok. Let her through." Drew stepped aside allowing Clarke to move past him.

Clarke observed the grounder from a distance "Well if he didn't hate us before, he does now." "Who cares? How's Finn?" I rolled my eyes at Bellamy. "We will care when they kill us all, idiot." "Alive. His people will care! How long until they found out where we're keeping him? And what happens when they do, I mean when they come looking for him. They will, Bellamy." Clarke said agreeing with me.

"Relax, Princess. No one saw us take him. He was chained up in that cave the whole time and thanks to the storm you couldn't see a soul on the way back." Bellamy walks over to me and swiftly reached and grabbed the journal from me and spinning on his heel to walk back to Clarke but he didn't get very far as I jumped on his back and wrapped my legs around his waist.

And trying to slap his arm so I can get the journal "Easy monkey in the middle." Bellamy laughed as he handed Clarke the journal I let go of Bellamy and huffed as Clarke looked through it "In case you missed it. His people are already killing us. How many more of our people need to die before you realize we're fighting a war." Bellamy told her "We're not soldiers, Bellamy. Look at him, we can't win." She sighed defeated.

Bellamy nodded "You're right we can't, if we don't fight." I shook my head "We fight, we die. And this" I said pointing to the grounder "Does not help."

"Clarke! He's seizing!" Raven shouted causing Clarke to hand me the journal and running off down the hatch Bellamy shut the hatch behind her.

              ..........................................

It's been awhile since Clarke left and all that's happened is Bellamy ask the grounder more questions and get no answer.

A banging on the hatch stopped Bellamy from firing more questions, "Hey! Open the door!" Clarke shouts banging some more Miller opened the hatch and Clarke quickly gets to her feet "Get out of my way, Miller! Now!" Miller raises his hands in surrender at Clarke's attitude.

Clarke's speeds straight to the grounder holding up a knife "What's on this?" She demanded I stepped up but Bellamy held his hand in front of me "What are you talking about?" He asked Clarke "He poisoned the blade! All this time he knew Finn was going to die no matter what we did! What is it?! Is there an antidote?" She rushed out

"Clarke he doesn't understand you." Octavia told her I hadn't even realized she had come up "Vials!" Bellamy shouted handing Clarke the tin with tiny bottles "You'd have to stupid to have a poison around this long with an antidote." Clarke uttered to herself picking up the vials from the tin.

"Which one?" She asked the grounder when he didn't respond Bellamy shouted "Answer the question!" "Show us please." Octavia begged. "Which one? Our friend is dying down there and you can stop that!" Clarke pleaded with the grounder.

"I'll get him to talk." Bellamy said determined "Bellamy no!" Octavia and I shouted at the same time. "He wants Finn to die, why can't you see that?" Bellamy yelled at us "Do you want him to live or not?" Bellamy asked Clarke more calmly "Clarke you even said it yourself, this is not who we are! He was protecting us,he saved our lives!" Octavia desperately exclaimed.

"We're talking about Finn's life!" Bellamy yelled Clarke nodded at Bellamy "Do it." Bellamy spun around and started making his way to the grounder. I ran up and in front of Bellamy "Bell, stop! This isn't going to do any good for any of us. Doing this will make it worse." Bellamy looked me in the eyes and his face softened a bit.

"I'm sorry firefly but If we don't do something Finn will die." I nodded "Do something else! Anything but what you're about to do. Please." I begged tears in my eyes "I'm sorry." He said sadly before pulling a knife out of his belt and stepped to the grounder cutting his shirt off.

"Show us the antidote or you'll wish you had." Bellamy demanded "Bellamy! No. Please." Octavia shouted Bellamy grabbed a seat belt from the floor and wrapped it around his wrist. Bellamy looked to me sadly "Don't watch his firefly. Please." I nodded at his words and turned around and covered my ears with my hands.

I knew he had stopped whipping the grounder because Octavia had stopped screaming and begging but I stayed right where I was covering my ears. Raven appeared from the hatch and spoke with Clarke before eying they grounder and rushing up to him I squeezed my eyes shut.

"NO!" I hear Octavia scream and I watched her grab the knife that was in Finn and march up to me. She nodded her head telling me it was safe to remove my hands from my ears. I hesitantly did so. Octavia grabbed my hand and pulled me over to the grounder.

"Octavia what are you doing?" I asked "Do you trust me?" She asked eying me I nodded "yes of course." She nodded her head "Good."

Octavia then grabs my arm and cuts the inside of my forearm open with the poisoned knife blood immediately pooling out of it. She then cuts her own arm just the same as she did mine. "Octavia no!" Bellamy bellowed.

"He won't let us die." She stated and pulling me with her and to the antidotes "This one?" She asks tapping at a vial I watched as the grounder shook his head. "Come on." Octavia grumbles and lifts up a vial and held it up for him to look at better "This one?" She asked the grounder who nodded his head.

Octavia handed the vial to Clarke who ran downstairs to Finn.

"Don't touch me!" Octavia shouted and left down the hatch, Bellamy came running to my side with a cloth in hand and pressing it to my cut. "Are you ok?" He asked concern evident in his face and voice. "Yeah, I'm good. I didn't know she was planning on doing that." I said shocked.

Bellamy nodded his head and sat me down on a crate and removed the cloth he had held to my arm "You're bleeding way to much." Bellamy muttered grabbing another cloth and applying more pressure than before I winced. "I'm sorry." I nodded and looked down at the floor and saw the grounders journal opened up.

One the pages I saw a picture of Octavia and on the other page a picture of me, the grounder had drawn pictures of us. And beautiful pictures at that. "These are beautiful." I spoke calmly and looked up at the grounder and then pointed my head to the journal opened up on the floor.

Bellamy quietly watched as the grounder smiled sweetly and nodded his head in only what I could only assume as thanks.
