Will Friend was born in Boston, Massachusetts and is the son of Will and Maryann Friend. Will was a multi sport athlete in high school and in hockey, he posted a 3.38 goals against average. Unfortunately, he got even worse as he moved on to juniors where he posted a 4.74 goals against average in juniors. Friend started one game for the Raiders and almost lost the Hamiltonians the game if he stuck around. Will looked overwhelmed in net on senior night and he could've done a lot of damage to the Raider status in the the ECAC Hockey standings. Majoring in physics and astronomy, Will Friend will graduate in May from Colgate University. Ladies and gentlemen number thirty-two, Will Friend!
