15| Finkbiner Park

"Flynn, Leo are you coming? We wanna go.", Sean shouted up the stairs, moving Amélie from one side of his hip to the other, to be able to grab her diaper bag properly.

"Coming!", the older one said in the middle of the staircase whilst running down with Leo right behind him. "Where are we going actually?", Flynn asked whilst putting on his shoes with Leo next to him doing the same.

"To the park and I might or might not have a surprise waiting there for you.", Sean said with a smile across his face when he immediately saw the positive reaction of his boys. Both, Leo and Flynn were jumping up and down, laughing loudly with a lot of giggling in between. It was like they were on a sugar rush, hyping each other up until their tummy was hurting because of all the laughter. Amélie joined them, clapping her hands in amusement even though she had no idea why everyone was so happy all of the sudden. She rocked herself up and down in Seans arms to handle her excitement, since she was old enough now to know that something great was going to happen when her brothers reacted like that.

"Alright alright, monkeys.", Sean laughed and pointed to the car. "Let's go before we're running late.", he grinned and went outside with everyone.

"Daddy? Can you play some music please?", Leo asked from his seat in the back, making Sean chuckle because he always wanted to listen to songs. The actor was sure that his son had a strong connection to music and was wondering if he would like to learn an instrument at some point.

"What do you want to hear, Son?", he responded, giving him a short glance through the mirror.

It took Leo a few seconds to think and decide about which song he actually wanted to hear since there were so many good ones.

"Ehm... the one from the lion king.", he finally answered, turning the last ten minutes of the drive into a kids karaoke party along the soundtrack of different Disney hits until they found a parking lot near the 'Finkbiner park', which provided a dog friendly area along with several play areas for older and younger kids as well as enough space for great picnics.

"We're at a car park, so stay close to me and don't run away just yet.", Sean said since the kids already stepped outside, whilst Sean was struggling a bit with Amélies seat that got stuck in some way.

"Can we go now, can we go now??", Flynn and Leo asked, jumping around Sean because they were growing impatient since the playground was already visible for them. Before Sean even had the slightest chance to answer, a familiar voice took over the boy's attention.

"Man, you're having a lot of energy today.", said a female behind them, making the boys stop jumping instantly, as they twirled around in no second to reveal Lana standing there, not far from them with Lola next to her.

"LANAAA!", they both yelled in sync before running in her direction as fast as their legs could carry them. Seans statement about staying close to him was long forgotten, when their auntie got visible for them. As soon as the actress saw them spinning around, she crouched down and opened her arms wildly for them to jump in, almost knocking her over when they did so.

"Be careful boys.", Sean chuckled, knowing that they probably didn't even hear him since the boys were overjoyed.

"I've missed you so much!", Lana said, giving Leo and Flynn a kiss on each forehead with a big smile on her face. Seeing them that happily made her heart raise even more.

"We missed you too!", the boys exclaimed loudly, squeezing her even more tightly than before. After Sean enjoyed seeing them being reunited, he finally managed to get Amélie outside of the car and walked over to the bunch of his favorite people with the little girl in her stroller.
