After I help her take a shower and pick an outfit we both made our way down the stairs and into the streets.
"Where are you taking me?" She asked.
"I already prepared something. I think you'll like it." I made some calls while she got ready.
"Okay." She simply says and keeps following me.

We get to the park and stop in front of a large checked blanket. On top of the blanket were two baskets and some flowers.
I take a seat on the blanket. Jirou looks surprised and stays in her place.
"Aren't you going to join me? Is this not your liking?" I ask.
"It's not that. It's just, no one ever did anything like this for me. I didn't even think I was worthy of such effort." She says and finally starts taking steps to my side.
I smile at her "For me, you are worth so much more."
(An: I feel like throwing up because of how cheesy this shit turned out to be *blehh*, and it gets worse ahead)
She is now siting and I put on some music I had downloaded.
"I love you." She says, looking anywhere but me.
"I love you too." I confess, looking away as well.
I open one of the baskets and pull out a few things for the both of us.

We talked, like we used to, about everything and anything and, after finishing lunch, we walked around the park, fed the ducks and, overall, we had a great day. We both had a really good time, just the two of us. We got to escape all the stress and the problems of our daily lives.
I saw her smile, in a way I hadn't seen in long time. It made me feel relieved and happy, as if it was heaven-sent.
I thank god for being blessed with such heavenly view, such an amazing day, all of this.
By 'this' I mean her happiness, our relationship; her bright eyes looking up at me as she tells me about something. I mean her singing voice along with her gentle fingers on the guitar strings while I read a random book that caught my attention when I passed by it and decided to get it from the library. The words she speaks when telling me a thought she had.
The way her alluring mind works, her winsome ideas and thoughts, how she perceived this unfair and gruesome world.
All the beauty in her. It reminds me of the calmest and nicest places. Such as a beach; the deep blue waves hitting harshly against the sand, as if they were deeply in love with it and every time they leave, they come back, with force and will, so nothing can stop them from reuniting with their lover. The soft breeze that blows, it refreshes us, makes our hair dance around like soft feathers, makes our clothes flow with it in the most serene way.
Or a beautiful meadow. With some calm animals, surrounded by colourful flowers, feeding off of the green grass, that shines due to the kind sun rays from the powerful sun, up in the clear blue, sky. I could lay, directly in the soft, tickling grass, admiring the animals and getting kissed by the sun forever.
It sometimes reminds me of the mountains as well. Covered in a pure and hushed white colour, cut in half by a natural stream of melted snow. So new, so still, yet agitated. The pleasing sounds it made as it ran down the hill, into the unknown. So fearless. I picture myself in a humble cottage. The fire place was lit with a warm orange fire, I look out of the window, taking glances at the lonely white mountains and back to the lively newborn stream, as I hold a warm cup of tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Like this, the snow didn't feel so sorrowful. With her, by my side, in the future, nothing felt so miserable.
I almost let out a sight of relaxation, but I refrain from doing so.
I, once again, find myself trying to communicate with God. This time, not to give thanks, but to make a wish. A wish that she will be with me, in the future, living in a heavenly place like one of the previously mentioned, playing her guitar and singing, with the same angelic voice, the random, weird lyrics made up on the spot.
I might not be deserving of it, but it's all I've ever asked for, it's all I'll ever ask for.
