"...My powers?"
"The power of anemo, specifically."
"Ah! That makes sense! Kind of!" Paimon exclaimed.
"Why does it make sense???"
͙✧˖°࿐ Paimon hopped out of Lumine's arms, "This is a Statue of Barbatos, the god of anemo! He watches over Mondstadt, the land of freedom, which is where we are. The Seven are the seven archons who watch over the seven nations of Teyvat!"
Lumine nodded along with the explanation, "I guess that does make sense. How exactly am I supposed to get these powers?"
"Just walk right up to the statue and touch it!"
"Alright..." Lumine gave Yue a skeptical glance, "If you say so."
The Outlander walked up and touched the statue, everything proceeding as it had in the game.
Oh thank God nothing has changed yet.
Lumine blinked after the anemo orb entered her and then brought up her hand to look at it.
"That was..." she blinked some more, "anticlimactic."
"Most things in the mortal realm seem to be that way," Xiao commented.
Yue playfully slapped his shoulder, "That's because you never do anything besides murder hilichurls."
Xiao rolled his eyes, but his mouth quirked up a little bit, which cause Yue to breakout into a full blown smile.
"So, uh, how does one use 'the power of anemo'?"
"Simply focus on the wind around you," Xiao took the helm on the explanation, "the wind surrounds you, call it to you in any shape you so wish. You could make it a vortex to bring your enemies together, or a blade to pierce your enemies."
Lumine held her hand out, her brow furrowed in concentration. Yue could see the wind gathering in her palm faintly, but slowly becoming bigger before Lumine let out a grunt and the wind dissipated.
She stared down at her hand in annoyance, clearly displeased with the showing of her strength.
"Well, that sure was better than when I used Ganyu's vision for the first time," Yue joked, trying to lighten up the mood.
"What Yue here means to say, is that it takes practice. Most people with Visions here have had them for years and have figured out how to use them. Do not worry if it takes you time to get used to it."
"Paimon thinks you're a natural!"
Lumine smiled at the three of them in gratitude, knowing that despite the short time they had been together, she had made some of the best friends she could have ever asked for.

"What is THAT?"
With Paimon's yell, the party looked up.
"Oh, it's Dvalin," the two adepti remarked.
Lumine looked gobsmacked, "There are DRAGONS here?!"
"Yup! Though, Dvalin's the best looking one that I know of."
"Which dragons do you know of?" Xiao tilted his head.
"Well, Dvalin, obviously. There's also Durin, who's looking... worse for wear, and Azhdaha, who hasn't made an official appearance, but he looks like a frog."
"That is an apt description."
"Whatever! Paimon wants to see the dragon up close!"
The little pixie... thing... then floated speedily towards the forest with the other three following behind her. It didn't take long before they reached the edge of the clearing, with a clear view of Venti and Dvalin. They all hid behind the log from the cutscene and began listening in.
"Don't be afraid. It's alright now. I'm back," Venti said gently while approaching the dragon with his arms up.
"Is he talking to a dragon?" Paimon questioned. It was after this that a puff of anemo came from the traveler, alerting Dvalin to their presence.
With a roar and a swipe at Venti, Dvalin took off to the sky, as the bard looked over to where they were behind the log. He slowly backed away, fading into anemo.
"Well, that could've gone worse."
"Paimon, we just made a dragon angry."
"Like Paimon said, could've been worse."
